Megan S. has been the managing agent for my flat, and has been amazing. She is very professional, thorough, and very responsive. We are always given notice if any work is scheduled or if important documents are to be expected in the mail. Her communication, and more importantly, follow up, is excellent. Megan is 100% the most helpful & professional person that my flatmate & I have corresponded with at Hamptons.
