Sebastien Andreu came out to our home to begin the sale process. He was very polite & professional and made us feel comfortable going with KFH for our sale. Liam Huseyin took on the job of selling our house. He was exceptional, his knowledge with every part (and more) of the process was faultless. Any problems or concerns were always dealt with promptly by Liam and he would always make himself available to chat should I just walk in, which I did often. Liam did a superb job on our sale. Also a mention to Beyzan Beyzade who was our contact when Liam was out of the office, she advised and saw that all messages were passed on appropriately. All round a fantastic team to work with!

Bought a property with KFH and the team have been amazing especially Sébastien who was the focal point of the reasonably long chain making sure everyone was aligned and kept the communication going. It was not a smooth transaction so communication is essential and Sébastien went above and beyond to keep me updated and chased for updates. Would highly recommend!

We recently sold our house with KFH and had the pleasure of dealing with Liam, Beyzan and Sebastian. We originally bought the house from KFH 6 years ago and decided to sell it with them again which speaks volumes in itself. My favourite part of the service that the team provides is transparency, we know the property market quite well and know that unfortunately honesty is a rarity in the industry but this team have it in abundance. The high level of professionalism was clear from start to finish. We were keen to get our house sold asap in order to be chain free and the team understood this. We are now on the look out for our next purchase and would not hesitate to buy our next property from them! Thank you KFH!

As first-time buyers, we have been very happy with KFH, and Oliver in particular. He showed us several properties and always managed to arrange viewings quickly. Once we found our house, he was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was always responsive and gave us regular updates, and always helped keep things moving forward.

Bad experience, I bought a house a couple weeks ago that was listed with KFH, and the seller left a faulty front door key with the agent on completion day. Instead of getting help from the agent to get a working key to get into my house, I had no choice than calling a locksmith. Isn’t the role of the agent to be the bridge between the seller and the buyer? Today, 2 weeks later, a set of keys appeared on the counter! I can only suspect that the seller found the working keys, entered the property and left the keys? Very disappointed with the poor service. Would never use those guys.
