Diabolical: I rent out my flat through Mann, and the service over the past year has been a shambles. They never answer their phone or emails, and I have had a endless list of problems trying to ensure the check out of the property is completed so the tenants can be returned any deposit. I pay high management fees but I always seem to have to constantly fix their mess. Very high management turnover does not help the situation. Big security concerns including loosing keys and keys being left in unlocked drawers really make me loose all confidence in the company.... Read more
