My experience with Romans Burnham throughout my home search was exceptional. Chloe and Swati provided seamless guidance during the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition, has consistently demonstrated excellence in promptly addressing issues that arises right from day 1. Their proactive approach has ensured that everything runs smoothly, and I am truly grateful for their professionalism and outstanding service.
Adding my review post move in - Izzy (Current property manager helping me in initial Adhoc requests) is really helpful from day one when we moved in this property. During that time, she have been highly professional, communicative and consistent. When things went wrong, Izzy was always there to sort things out for example assisting and helping us with WiFi new connection, boiler installation and many more. I would highly recommend Izzy and Romans for the quality of work and assistance they deliver to new tenants.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Romans estate agents office in Burnham that displayed an appalling lack of communication and updating. From start to finish, their unresponsiveness and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and highly dissatisfied .
Please also be aware of the property showing chain Free is not so make sure you don’t waste time like us few months and we had to pull out !!!!
Throughout the entire process, attempting to get a response from this estate agents office was like pulling teeth. Calls were left unanswered for days, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and confusion not to know what to expect because our buyers had to wait for months and they wanted to know what’s happening.
Not only did they fail to respond in a timely manner, but even when they did, the information provided was often incomplete and misleading. I constantly had to chase them for updates on the progress of my property purchase what we had our offer accepted.
The overall experience with Romans estate agents office was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Their complete disregard for effective communication and updating left me feeling neglected as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look elsewhere for a more reliable and responsive estate agents office.
In conclusion, the unresponsive nature and poor communication skills of this estate agents office were unacceptable. Their lack of timely updates and failure to address customer inquiries adequately tarnished what should have been a straightforward and seamless experience. I would strongly caution against engaging their services.

After viewing the property and putting down an offer to rent the property, I had to wait 2-3 weeks just to get an answer which I have no update about it untill now. Whenever asked an update from my end I used to get a reply stating "Waiting for the Landlord to answer".
I do realize the offer might not be upto the mark as the landlord wanted it but I feel there should be a professionalism where the person should have advised that the offer had been rejected and keeping someone hanging until someone else puts a new offer across.
I would never use them again as for any agency.
Sadly i had to give 1 Star as there was nothing below 1

AVOID! Be careful of fake reviews which are all asked to be made by tenants! Absolutely horrible dealing with this company, impatient, rude, they do not provide the right information in order to push you to certain decisions!! Proceed with caution.

Alls the well that ends well!
That’s the famous saying! However, to me and my family, its like Alls well that begins well!
I am starting a new renting journey with Romans and yet to occupy the rental property. At this point, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciate the level of professionalism team has shown to us till date.
All started with Chloe in giving us the wonderful viewing experience and thereafter Swati took the control to help us with all sort of queries we had raised to her. She has given a complete assurance that we would be supported at every phase of our journey before and after our move-in.
Till date, Swati has patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her prompt response to my emails and I never had to call her because my emails never remained unanswered for long.
I will suggest everyone to get in touch with Romans Estate agents for their property need!
After we move in, I won’t be hesitant to come back and edit my review to add more..
I wish Swati , Chloe and the entire team a successful future ahead!
