Avoid! The women on the phone was clearly ‘digging’ with regards to finances and if they fit the bill of this ‘agency’
Understandable I get that. She asked if I could provide a guarantor as my income didn’t quite fit the bill. Ok so I go away and speak to my potential guarantor having promised to get in touch with the agency a few hours later. Look on the website the next morning and it stated ‘let agreed’
Very snakey. I would definitely avoid, they are extremely greedy and the customer service is like speaking to children

We made a offer for a property but it seems the branch manager made it a personal matter! It seems his feathers got ruffled and his reply was on the lines of that the offer offended the owners and it’s better they just rent it out! This is not how you do business with potential customers either remove the property if you and the owners get offended with offers!
Avoid these unprofessional agents go and use squire estates up the road instead they have much better customer service!

Although I didn't purchase a property with them , I felt it important to praise the viewing I had with them. I used different estate agents whilst looking for a property and some were awful however this company made a real effort. The agent Matt, knew loads about the property I was being shown. Spent alot of time discussing layout and improvements which could be made. This really stood out for me compared to other companies in the area. They knew what they were doing. I'd consider using them if I sold.

I was very worried about the sale of my flat knowing barely anything since buying the property.
Shaz came in for a meeting and was massively helpful in getting my head around how to proceed and being clear and concise with costs and the process from start to end.
I had many questions throughout the entire process and Shaz was always readily available when I made a call and if he wasn't, always made a same call back typically within half an hour.
I can't explain enough the peace of mind this gave me throughout and he went above and beyond in terms of answering questions that were likely outside his remit and that I could've googled myself - but it always nice to ask somebody who knows the ins and outs for assuredness of which he gave me bountifully.

I have sent an enquiry regarding a lovely property and the viewings were only possible on Wednesday, only time available was at 16:45.
That was quite tight as an option, so I asked if someone could view the property instead, the answer was no.
Then I asked if we could do a video viewing instead and the answer was again no.
Well, I would have given 1 star but the guy on the phone with me was really understanding so I won’t do that.
But for who’s directing the agency, I would try to be a little softer, it’s becoming really stressful with all these useless rules.

Exemplary. When somebody goes above and beyond, I feel it ought to be recognised. Tayla from YourMove in Hemel Hempstead was such person to set the expectation and exceed it from the initial meet to finding a lovely tenant and communication till the end. The team at Your Move were amazing. We put our house on the market just before lockdown one - great timing! We had a lot of viewings just before, and as soon as viewings were able to happen again, Shaz and Sarah (our main contacts) were really friendly and proactive at getting people to come and see the property.
We got feedback from every single viewing, normally the next day, so we always knew where we were. When we got a offer, the team were as pleased as we were, it was great.
They were also very helpful during the conveyancing process. I'd use them again with zero hesitation.

As a landlord I have worked with Your Move Lettings in Hemel Hempstead for the past fifteen years. Staff have turned over during that period but the people now running the lettings business, Stefano and Tayla, are the best in every way. I have worked with Stef for the past five years and the service he provides is second to none. During that time there have been no significant vacant periods and he treats me like an old friend whenever I call in. I've had such a great experience with Your Move who helped me sell my first property. It was a tough climate but James Andrews was great from the start and so invested in us. We really felt like we were important to the company and not just another number. Shaz Ahmed was great too, always making sure communication lines were open even during the COVID lockdown which was a scary time to be trying to sell/move house. They were both honest, open and realistic around helping us manage our expectations. Overall a great service that I would recommend especially since we had worked with a few other agents. Unfortunetly i can't give minus stars!
I moved out from the room earlier, and sent back the front door key and the room code in a frist class letter by Royal Mail.
I've got a phone call from my agent who is the manager and he said the key what he's got can't open the front door.
My answer was: the door opens very hardly, but the key is correct, same key what i got from them.
After that he said he didn't get any key, and because of that he wanna cut from my deposite - day by day until he can not owns the key.
I asked him was the envelope damaged? He said no.
Previously when we talked on phone he tried to trick me, like he did not get my notice what i sent more than a month before by email, so i should to pay him again - i said No! (becuse that was the end of the 1 year contract extra £170 cost to renew and one extra month notice of course with rent).
I just want to warning everybody to be very carefully with this brach, until this man works there.
I dont want to make him ashamed to write his name but if he lie to me and wanna short my money without rights, if im the first person if not, Can Not happen this again...

As first time buyers it was stressful and overwhelming but Shaz was really clear with his communication and really helpful at every stage making the process really straight forward and we absolutely adore our new home!

With regards to the unfortunate 2 star feed back below. I am leaving this review form Highview Maintenance, we are contractors for YourMove and on that particular time, it seems it was one of our members of staff who was heard swearing and not a member of YourMove staff. We would like to extend our sincere apologies to both the lady involved and YourMove. It was after hours and our engineer did not realise there was anyone in the building. He has been spoke to, and informed that it is not an excuse for bad language. He has agreed to be more mindful of his language in future. Sorry once again!

We viewed a property through Your Move in early November 2017 and was greeted by a estate agent called Sarah and she was really friendly and informative to what we wanted to know. We had a second viewing and the experience was just as good as the first. After this we put an offer in on the property which was accepted. I was contacted by the Senior Branch Manager Shaz Ahmed who saw us all the way through the process up to exchange. Shaz couldn’t do more for us and went above and beyond what we expected! If we ever move again we certainly will contact Your Move and hopefully deal with the same people!
