From booking our very first viewing all the way to completion, James at Andrews Estate Agents was absolutely fantastic. Navigating the property market is daunting, but having James guide us through the process made a world of difference.<br>He was incredibly proactive, ensuring every single question from both us and our vendors was answered promptly and thoroughly. Communication was remarkably quick, clear, and reassuring at every stage. Knowing we could rely on him for accurate updates eliminated so much of the typical uncertainty and kept our part of the chain running smoothly, completely removing any extra stress.<br>James consistently went above and beyond to keep everyone upto date and informed, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, dedication, and genuine care. At all times I was kept informed with clear lines of communication and clear points of contact, who were always available to me. Throughout the journey I felt supported and professionally guided. When minor bumps appeared along the way the Andrews team stepped up, and, with all hands on deck, they navigated through to the ultimate positive end; the sale of my property. I honestly cannot recommend Andrews Estate Agents highly enough! From start to finish, the whole team were absolutely fantastic and made the process of selling my property so much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to Tony, who was brilliant from the very beginning, and to Jess, who carried out the viewings and ultimately sold my flat!<br><br>Andrew was absolutely superb throughout the sale, always keeping me updated, communicating brilliantly and making sure everything was moving forward.<br><br>And finally, a special thank you to Max, who was absolutely amazing during the final few weeks, going above and beyond to help get everything over the line.<br><br>Every single one of them played an important part, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team. I started as a landlord where Andrews had been superb as our managing agents and then progressed to selling the property with Andrews (Headington)<br>The sales team were professional ,knowledgeable,easy to deal with and patient In a difficult market with a challenging lawyer buyer we achieved a sale at the appropriate price in a challenging market and all in under 1 month after the formal offer was received ]<br>I would thoroughly recommend them

We sold our house through Andrews Horley. Nancy, Steve and Tia organised and conducted the viewings. They always communicated with us to ensure it wasn't inconvenient. We received text messages with confirmation and reminders. They were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole process. Nancy was very proactive with chasing the solicitors and monitoring progress of our sale. She checked regularly on our purchase to ensure everything was progressing too. She was in regular contact with our buyers to let them know what was happening. Conor in Reigate also liaised with the solicitors while Nancy was away and he helped to keep things moving towards the end when solicitors were dragging their heels. From start to finish the Horley branch showed great customer support.
