Ashley and Izzy were absolutely brilliant. Really helpful and kind and communicative. Unfortunately my flat didn't sell. I took it off the market - flats move much more slowly at the moment and it was incredibly frustrating, but I can't fault the service from Ashley and Izzy. I did not enjoy the other people in the office so much, as their customer service could be spotty and sometimes I felt it was verging on rude.

I recently dealt with Jenny quite a lot to do with a tenant vacating. Jenny helped and co operated brilliantly, kept me informed throughout calmly and professionally, as always. Andrews help me to run my rental property, things run smoothly.

I’ve been dealing with Isaac at Andrews for nearly a year now, and his level of service has remained consistently excellent throughout. He is always approachable, responsive and genuinely willing to help, no matter how small the query.<br><br>What stands out most is the consistency, nearly a year on, the service has never dropped. Isaac is professional, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make things straightforward. His communication and support have honestly been unmatched, and he is a real credit to Andrews.

Agent did not take any notes and did not revisit before doing the write up for the advertisement he just used large chunks of the previous agent’s brochure. He even included a pond with a bridge over it which we had filled in when we took the house off the market several months before. The photos were not very good and the photographer was uninterested in bringing out the best in the house. There was a mistake in the floor plan listing 4 bedrooms when there are three. Feedback was slow and communication very poor. I even had a prospective purchaser stop me outside the house to say he had to wait to get an appointment to view but had finally got an appointment for the following week. I knew nothing of that appointment as had not been contacted at all. I could go on but that’s probably enough for you to get the picture.
We have now taken the property off the market for the foreseeable future
