Richard at the Long Ashton branch was incredibly friendly yet professional throughout the buying and selling process. He was willing and flexible in facilitating us to see the properly a few times for a second opinion and to measure up, as well as giving us great local knowledge that was very much appreciated. Rich was fantastic at keeping us informed, and ‘on the ball’ with chasing the solicitors, especially when it all got down to the wire. We were so impressed that we decided to sell through Andrews as well as buy, and his colleagues at the Southville branch were equally as professional and communicative in tying everything together. Would highly recommend! However, whilst Andrews were professional and supportive, we didn't have a great experince with Taylor Rose, who were recommended by Andrews, and would choose a local conveyancer in future.

I originally purchased my property through Andrews in Bath. So I didn't hesitate to use them again. We gave had a steady stream of viewings and about 5 offers. The current economic climate and the issues with Landlord investors made it difficult to value the house to gain the maximum value. However we seem to have reached a position where interested buyers are bidding similar offers and we have currently accepted an offer subject to contract. Andrews have been very good with communication where you get notification by email and text with follow up calls. Overall I am pleased with Andrews to date

We recently bought a house through Jeseie and all I can say is how amazing we found this experience with her. We couldn’t recommend her any higher. There was never a question or query we had that she wasn’t able to answer and made the buying process run as smooth as it could

Agent did not take any notes and did not revisit before doing the write up for the advertisement he just used large chunks of the previous agent’s brochure. He even included a pond with a bridge over it which we had filled in when we took the house off the market several months before. The photos were not very good and the photographer was uninterested in bringing out the best in the house. There was a mistake in the floor plan listing 4 bedrooms when there are three. Feedback was slow and communication very poor. I even had a prospective purchaser stop me outside the house to say he had to wait to get an appointment to view but had finally got an appointment for the following week. I knew nothing of that appointment as had not been contacted at all. I could go on but that’s probably enough for you to get the picture.
We have now taken the property off the market for the foreseeable future

Beware of using Andrew's to buy/sell!
Due to the poor standard of service and lack of communication we were not told of 2 unresolved boundary disputes that affected the sale of a property we had made an offer on. This caused a delay of nearly 7 months before we were forced to withdraw from the purchase due to the behaviour of Andrew's staff and management as well as the sellers attitude as they were constantly told it was not an issue by andrews.
Andrew's later admitted to being aware of the boundary disputes when the property had been originally listed.
You cannot complete and have the deeds transferred to your name or even get a mortgage on a property with unresolved boundary disputes - Andrew's you should know better! Being repeatedly lied to is not an appropriate form of service!
We would not have proceeded to order surveys and searches and instruct solicitors had we known when we made our offer. This entire debacle has cost us nearly £1k in fees. We were offered a mere £250 as compensation for 7 wasted months and £1k of wasted money.
We were constantly told it was not an issue and it was repeatedly minimised which dragged the process out.
Despite making a complaint to management and escalating through the complaints process to head office we have had no appropriate resolution.
