Terrible agent, shown up for how poor they were by the quality of every other agent in our purchase chain.
Our vendor, who was using their services, views them as dreadful, our own agent who had to deal with them complained of exactly the same slow and unhelpful service that we had. On completion, initially didn't even know it had happened, completely hopeless, miserable experience and didnt even have keys to hand over, with no attempt to resolve matters. The vendor was an elderly client and got entirely insufficient support from them.
If it were not for our proactive solicitors arranging for keys direct from the vendor, no doubt we would still be waiting to move in.
0 Stars isn't an option, so 1 star it is.

Tom and the team did a great job marketing and selling our house for us. The brochure was of high quality and they were flexible over viewings. Their charges were fair. They kept me informed throughout the process.

We would highly recommend Dacre son and Hartley when selling your house. It can be such a stressful time but for us we were kept informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. Emma and the team were always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions or update us with any news.
