Had an offer on a property accepted with a relation to someone at dacre, done nothing but chase chase chase. Even another branch I had to do the same thing when looking around. I have no trust in this company and have proceeded elsewhere

Highly, Highly recommend Tom and his team, a five star service! From start to finish they have been on hand offering support, help and guidance throughout our sale and always keeping us updated, nothing was ever to much trouble.

We can’t thank Kelly enough for all her help during what was a really challenging time with our property. From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic — her communication was always clear and reassuring, and she never left us in the dark. What really stood out was how dedicated she was to finding the information we needed, often going above and beyond to get answers quickly. It genuinely felt like she cared about us and our situation, and having her support made a stressful process so much easier given how much of a nightmare our chain was. I am sorry but the estate agents have not done much for us at all eg sold , got any viewings,.
Saying that I know it was part of the contract but the admin fee of £150 plus vat is a lot for not doing much or anything to sell our house.
So will leave it at that .
