These guys aren't interested in what suits you but more about what they want and suits them.
I've called a few times over the space of a week and promised each time the sales chap will call me back but nothing.
Guess my sale goes to the competitors Maxfield (no fuss no quible).

Agent sent us an e mail on 29 Feb confirming an appt on 5th Feb!!!!
Even if she meant 5th March,she didn't turn up
If they can't even get the month correct what hope is there?

I am sorry but the estate agents have not done much for us at all eg sold , got any viewings,.
Saying that I know it was part of the contract but the admin fee of £150 plus vat is a lot for not doing much or anything to sell our house.
So will leave it at that .
