Absolutely brilliant, all the way through, from initial contact, in person sales appraisal, sourcing a buyer, negotiating a price, pushing along the conveyancing teams on both sides and keeping me calm and informed through the entire process of the sale of my flat!!! A very professional and efficient service from initial contact right up to getting the property sold and over the line. I had a great experience viewing a property with Isabelle from Dexters in Hendon. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the viewing. Isabelle took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and made me feel comfortable. She was well-prepared and gave me all the information I needed about the property and the local area. Her excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Isabelle to anyone looking for a property through Dexters.

If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

Lily was absolutely fantastic. We had a difficult sale and Lily went the extra mile to get it over the line. She was communicative and personable and was a pleasure to work with. Much of the success of our house buying was done to Lily.
