We’d previously thought we’d receive good service and communication for selling our property but in actual fact, being able to get hold of anyone from the team is near impossible. I could name names but quite frankly, it seems it’s across the board and I don’t believe in personal public shaming.
We started off having a great evaluation and transparent/ no BS conversation about pricing. Within a week, we fortunately got an offer off-market which we accepted. However, whenever we asked for an update on progress from the buyer we often found ourselves ghosted. Then, out of the blue after 6 weeks, we received an email (not call!) telling us the buyer was offering elsewhere. Obviously frustrating but not the agents fault. We then went on the market officially and after two viewings have been told to reduce the price - bear in mind we’ve been on the market for 3 weeks. And whenever we try and call to speak to someone or email no one responses. It often is 5-7 days between correspondence. And when we asked if we could talk talk - we were told the agent had a viewing and they’d call on Monday. I’ll believe that when pigs fly..
It seems that only way that we will hear anything is from leaving a Google review - so I’ll await 5-7 days for a response to this!

I have recently had a great experience with Max while searching for a rental property. From the initial phone call he was very helpful, giving me great insight into the current market and also with the Renters Right Bill. He was friendly, attentive and listened to my requirements. I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May.
I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August.
At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property
On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all
regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

Exceptional service and results. 101.3% of the asking price, and the sale comlpeted just 64 calendar days after the property was marketed, despite Christmas holidays.

Overall I am disappointed with the service. My impression is that they gave a great valuation and conveyed a confidence in their ability to meet this. Once we signed up with them they then started to talk down the market, the area, the property, the economy etc. to pressure us into a sale at a disappointing price.
