?Very disappointing experience with EweMove.
?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant.
?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused.
?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

We honestly could not recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process.
By far the most proactive, friendly, and helpful estate agent we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he constantly went out of his way to make sure everything got done and kept moving forward.
Paul communicated with us every step of the way, chased things up when needed, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for us. To be honest, he did more work than the solicitors at times!
A huge thank you to Paul for all of the hard work, support, and professionalism. He is a real credit to the company and genuinely deserves a raise for how much effort he puts in.

Paul Gammage visited us in Yeovil last year when we were considering moving. We had been extending and refurbishing our house over the last few years and wondered what our house might be worth and we discussed our plans for the house to make it market ready. Due to unforeseen health issues we needed to find someone who could decorate and finish various elements of the refurbishment. Paul had no hesitation in recommending Jay D Renovations, based in Yeovil, who completely transformed the first floor of our house and have since returned to revamp the outside. We are so pleased with Paul's recommendation and the subsequent work done by Jay D Renovations that we have decided to stay put for a while and enjoy the house that has now become a home.

He then made a 'eweturn' on the agreement and reneged on his deal.
Not a person or man of his word.
Also has incredibly oversized feet for his height and stole a staff members lunch (delicious Pizza) from our premises.
Do not trust this person.

Sale is still ongoing but I cannot thank Chris and Mark enough for what they have already done. Much easier to contact than the large estate agents and always get back to us quickly. Very impressed and would recommend. I like the continuity of contact and the fact that they are aware of everything going on.
