We switched to EweMove after Mark showed us around a potential property. We were so impressed by Mark's knowledge and manner of conducting the viewing, that we decided to move from the estate agent we were listed with, and list with Mark as we felt confident he would do a great job. We had been on the market for 3 months with little progress until our switch to EweMove, when we sold in 3 weeks! Mark even found the house we ended up buying, meaning we could put an offer in before it had even hit the market. Mark has been great through the whole process, his communication is top tier, always responsive to messages and no question or query is a hassle. We have thoroughly appreciated his help, and would recommend him to anyone who wants a friendly, personable and efficient estate agent!

We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. From the moment we met Mark, we knew he was the right person to sell our house. He was friendly, approachable, and professional throughout, and we always felt we were in safe hands.<br><br>Communication was fantastic from start to finish. He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed him, kept us updated at every step and was always happy to help with any questions or concerns. What we particularly appreciated was that he was always honest and realistic with us, never making promises or giving us expectations that couldn’t be met.<br><br>Mark even helped us load things onto the van on completion day! That extra bit of help and meant so much and really shows the sort of person he is.<br><br>Selling and moving house can be incredibly stressful, but he made the whole process easier for us. We are grateful for all his hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you for everything Mark!

Mr Jason was punctual, polite, and very professional. He gave us an in-depth tour of the property and provided us with great detail. Moreover, he answered all of our questions and was very candid and straightforward.

Ewemove Hawkinge handled the sale of our Folkestone flat from start to finish with absolute professionalism - from initial appraisal in April through to completion in September. We met with 3 agents for valuation and felt that Damien gave us the best advice re listing price. The app they set up for all communications between us was excellent. They also were easy to get hold of if needed a call.

I recently rented out a property through EweMove and my point of contact was Sian. There were various bits of work which needed doing before the tenants moved in and Sian arranged and co-ordinated it all on my behalf. She carried out numerous viewings to ensure the right tenants were found and ensured the application process went quickly and smoothly, all the while keeping me fully up to date. Couldn't ask for more. A very comprehensive and thorough service. I feel reassured knowing Sian will be managing the property for me throughout the tenancy and beyond.
