?Very disappointing experience with EweMove.
?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant.
?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused.
?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

We honestly could not recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process.
By far the most proactive, friendly, and helpful estate agent we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he constantly went out of his way to make sure everything got done and kept moving forward.
Paul communicated with us every step of the way, chased things up when needed, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for us. To be honest, he did more work than the solicitors at times!
A huge thank you to Paul for all of the hard work, support, and professionalism. He is a real credit to the company and genuinely deserves a raise for how much effort he puts in.

Adrian has been with us throughout what turned out to be a really long and complicated process - and I mean really long! He sold our flat quickly, but when our first buyer fell through due to mortgage issues, Adrian helped us pivot to the auction route, explained how it all worked and guided us through our options. Even now, after the sale, he's still helping to coordinate logistics with our buyer which has been very appreciated. It's been a rocky road at times but Adrian has been a consistent, supportive presence throughout. Thank you Adrian! :)

My experience with Paul from Ewe Move has been nothing short of exceptional. He sold my house within one week, what my other agent was unable to do in six months. Paul truly goes above and beyond. A breath of fresh air to find someone who is always there on the end of the phone to answer your queries and after sales is no different he is with you every step of the way till completion. Paul has the natural ability to take any negatives that may impact your sale and turn them into positives. To get this level of service which is at least three thousand less on average than other Estate Agents is win win for me. If you want to alleviate as much stress as possible and have a positive, quick sale, then believe me they really don’t get any better than Paul Rai!!, thank me later, Jo

Would highly recommend using Stuart to sell your home. He was very knowledgeable of the housing market, he would do anything to help the process and kept you in the loop, whilst dealing with solicitors. He is very proactive. And nothing was a problem. Helped with finding solutions. And lovely surprise for us both on completion. Cannot recommend stuart and ewemove enough. Thanks again. Dave and Ali
