We switched to EweMove after Mark showed us around a potential property. We were so impressed by Mark's knowledge and manner of conducting the viewing, that we decided to move from the estate agent we were listed with, and list with Mark as we felt confident he would do a great job. We had been on the market for 3 months with little progress until our switch to EweMove, when we sold in 3 weeks! Mark even found the house we ended up buying, meaning we could put an offer in before it had even hit the market. Mark has been great through the whole process, his communication is top tier, always responsive to messages and no question or query is a hassle. We have thoroughly appreciated his help, and would recommend him to anyone who wants a friendly, personable and efficient estate agent!

We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. From the moment we met Mark, we knew he was the right person to sell our house. He was friendly, approachable, and professional throughout, and we always felt we were in safe hands.<br><br>Communication was fantastic from start to finish. He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed him, kept us updated at every step and was always happy to help with any questions or concerns. What we particularly appreciated was that he was always honest and realistic with us, never making promises or giving us expectations that couldn’t be met.<br><br>Mark even helped us load things onto the van on completion day! That extra bit of help and meant so much and really shows the sort of person he is.<br><br>Selling and moving house can be incredibly stressful, but he made the whole process easier for us. We are grateful for all his hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you for everything Mark!

I came to EweMove at a particularly difficult point in my life. I was going through a painful and expensive separation, needed to move urgently, and finding a new home was proving far from straightforward.<br><br>I first enquired about one of EweMove's properties and was shown around by the very likeable Paul, who also took the time to show me other properties and offer genuinely useful advice about the area. When I began the application process, things became considerably more complicated. I needed support from the council to secure a tenancy, agreements had to be drawn up, and then there were delays while the council arrangements were sorted out.<br><br>By that point I was communicating with Georgina, and I really could not have asked for a more pleasant, patient, kind and persistent agent. She liaised directly with the housing officer, kept pushing things along and helped get the whole arrangement over the line.<br><br>What impressed me even more was that Georgina didn't simply stop once the tenancy had been secured. She knew the area and the people in it exceptionally well, understood that I was essentially starting life again, and pointed me towards work opportunities and sources of support that she thought might help. She checked, double-checked and probably quintuple-checked that everything was working properly in my new home, and continued to check in afterwards to make sure I was settled and comfortable.<br><br>She also has a remarkable knack for bringing the right people together, and I've ended up with a lovely bunch of neighbours in my building.<br><br>After the difficulties I'd been through, finding this home felt like finding a sanctuary. I'm very grateful to Georgina and Paul and the lovely people at EweMove for helping make that possible.<br><br>And in later years, when my children are older and the time eventually comes for my family to move on again and look for our own home, I already know exactly who I'll want helping us with that next chapter.<br><br>Exceptional, exceptional, exceptional.<br><br>I have no hesitation in recommending EweMove.
