?Very disappointing experience with EweMove.
?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant.
?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused.
?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

We honestly could not recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process.
By far the most proactive, friendly, and helpful estate agent we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he constantly went out of his way to make sure everything got done and kept moving forward.
Paul communicated with us every step of the way, chased things up when needed, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for us. To be honest, he did more work than the solicitors at times!
A huge thank you to Paul for all of the hard work, support, and professionalism. He is a real credit to the company and genuinely deserves a raise for how much effort he puts in.

Pleasant enough to deal with, but ultimately only delivered two half-hearted viewings in a twelve week period. I've now changed agent, only time will tell if that proves a success.

Jamie at Ewemove Chester has just sold our house and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have had. We’ve just purchased our second home with Claire and she was absolutely amazing!! We are due to have twins in a couple of weeks and already have a baby and she made the process so easy and stress free and helped us get in before they were born! I can highly-recommend Phil from EweMove Dronfield and would like to add mine to his long list of glowing reviews:
First and foremost Phil is a nice bloke. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will)
I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week.
In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish.
Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????

I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.
Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.
Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
