I had an excellent experience with Fox & Sons, thanks to an outstanding team including Ben Dann, James Plater, Kirsty, and Ben Simmons. From start to finish, everyone was professional, approachable, and incredibly responsive, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.
Ben Dann stood out for his clear communication and attention to detail, always keeping me informed and ensuring I understood each step. James Plater was equally impressive, offering honest advice and going above and beyond to keep everything on track. Kirsty was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always quick to respond to any queries. Ben Simmons also played a key role, showing real dedication and making sure everything progressed seamlessly.
What really set this team apart was their transparency and willingness to help at every stage. No question felt too small, and any issues were handled quickly and calmly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fox & Sons, especially this brilliant team, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent service.

Ted was by far the standout agent we dealt with during our Kemptown search.
I actually dropped into the branch unannounced and he immediately gave me his full attention, putting everything else aside to help. He took the time to properly understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful, practical advice rather than simply sending listings.
He was generous with his time, proactive, and genuinely engaged throughout. In a market where that level of service is rare, Ted is a real credit to the Kemptown team. I would highly recommend him!

Fos and Sons - Marta and David have been brilliant throughout. Whilst they weren't able to match me with the property I wanted, they were very supportive and didn't ever give me the hard sell. David was very helpful with the mortgage broking side of things. Thank you!

Simon, Annabel & Team
From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way.
I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance.
The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line.
My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales.
That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!

Awful Estate Agents made a sale more stressful never kept us updated , did not carry out their promised, often gave wrong information, would not check rest of chain - in the end we spoke to Charters (who we purchased through) who we great - updated us weekly - Sold our property in January 2024 and finally moving today
