After a series of house sales that had fallen through from other agents and the disappointment that brings, Callum and Seb at Fox & Sons went over and above to help us find that perfect home. Seb was our initial point of contact who showed us through the home and was attentive and asked us lots of questions to ensure the home was the right fit. A real asset to the business. Callum navigated the process of offer and acceptance with great professionalism and communication was fast, clear and precise. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience viewing flats today. The agent, Scarlett, was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the properties. It was especially good given Fox and Sons would be managing the let, knowing that their agent is so approachable. Gave me plenty of confidence as a potential renter. I would recommend.

We honestly can't thank Ryan at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill enough for everything he did throughout our house move.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward sale and purchase turned into an incredibly long and stressful process, with mortgage issues, delays and complications further down the chain. There were numerous points where we genuinely thought the whole thing was going to fall apart.<br><br>Throughout all of it, Ryan was absolutely brilliant. He kept in constant communication with us, chased the chain relentlessly, kept us updated whenever there was even the smallest bit of news and was always there to answer our questions. Even when things were completely outside of his control, he never stopped pushing and reassuring us.<br><br>There were so many moments when we thought we'd never get there, but Ryan kept fighting our corner and doing everything he could to keep things moving. Having someone who was so involved and proactive made a huge difference during what was an incredibly stressful few months.<br><br>Jade was also fantastic and we really appreciate everything she did, but a special mention has to go to Ryan for the amount of time, effort and communication he personally put into getting us over the line.<br><br>After months of waiting, worrying and wondering whether it would actually happen, we finally exchanged and completed on our new home!<br><br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for more from Ryan and the team at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone selling or buying a property.<br><br>Thank you again, Ryan, we finally got there!

Where do I even start with Eddy, Chris and George These guys have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They sold our house TWICE! The first buyers pulled out after 10weeks of being sold because they decided they wanted the house for a lot less, which could have completely derailed our plans and potentially cost us our dream home. But Eddy and the team didn’t mess about — they got straight back on it, gave us loads of advice, kept us positive and managed to get our house sold again incredibly quickly. What impressed me even more was that they didn’t just care about selling our house and taking their fee. They genuinely cared about getting our whole move over the line. They gave us loads of advice and help with the house we were buying too, even though it was being sold through another estate agent! That says everything about the sort of people they are. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Always there when we needed advice, always straight with us, and they went above and beyond when we really needed them to. If you want an estate agent who actually cares, knows what they’re doing and will fight your corner, look no further. Eddy, Chris and George — you’ve been absolutely brilliant. Thank you for helping us get our house sold and into our dream home! If I ever sell a house again, I already know exactly who I’m calling. Fox and sons 10/10 ???????????? — although I’m hoping I won’t need you again for a long time! Second to none. Absolutely top class ????????????

Jamie from fox & sons Seaford was amazing. As a first time buyer it can be really scary but he explained everything really well, was calm, and ultimately led me to my first new home which couldn’t have been more perfect.<br>Everyone in general at fox & sons has been really helpful and helped move everything on as quickly as possible.<br>Would 100% recommend. I'm Trace Barnes!<br><br>I have been very impressed with the whole Polegate team throughout the sale of my house in Seaford and the proposed purchase of another within the local area. Molly, coincidentally, moved from one branch to the other and has personally taken care of my move from start to the present final stages of the purchase.
