Ben and his team at Fox and Sons in Haywards Heath were extremely helpful and professional in the recent sale of our flat. We had a poor experience with a previous agent so this made our experience with Fox and Sons extremely welcome. We managed to get our flat under offer in less than 3 weeks at almost the asking price thanks to the advice and professionalism offered by Fox & Sons.

We met Darcie in order to view a house on our shortlist of property. Even before the meeting it was clear that Darcie had taken the trouble to ensure that safe and comfortable parking had bee arranged for us. She was also punctual and exuded a professional, polite and cheerful disposition. Having viewed several previous properties with different agents, we were pleasantly surprised with the in depth knowledge Darcie had gained in respect of the property we were viewing.<br><br>We had prepared a list of questions, some of which had a technical or legalistic style, Darcie handled these questions in a calm and helpful way. She was confident and well read on the subjects. She was also diplomatic when dealing with questions that touched on matters of privacy and rights of others. For example explaining the background to adjoining land acquisition and the way in which this was outside of her remit.<br><br>In short Darcie represented her company with an easy going but knowledgeable style. She was never pushy and this added to her credibility, In our opinion she is an absolute credit to Fox and Sons Fordingbridge

Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this.
I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

I’m currently mid sale with Fox and Sons, Lewes Road, having had zero viewing with a previous agent. The change was seamless and viewings were instant, initially led by Aaron who is amazing. An unexpected, sizeable hiccup happened last week Friday - and my buyer dropped out. Shayla was fantastic. She communicated immediately, took initiative and contacted previously interested parties. My property was ‘re-sold’ within 3 calendar days: by midday Monday. What could have been a significant loss, both in terms of time, energy and financially, has turned into a success. I cannot fault Shayla for her communication and support; I would recommend (and have!) her and the agents to anyone who asks. Thank you especially to Shayla and Aaron!

Very outstanding performance.from Molly Anderson was with us from day one with the sale of my father's property at seaford we hit a rocky road but Molly pulled it out the bag I dont think Molly realised how excellent she was in doing her job so fantastic Molly was on the with me every other week all through out the sale of the property Molly done excellent job well done Molly
