From start to finish, everyone was professional, approachable, and incredibly responsive, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.
Ben Dann stood out for his clear communication and attention to detail, always keeping me informed and ensuring I understood each step. James Plater was equally impressive, offering honest advice and going above and beyond to keep everything on track. Kirsty was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always quick to respond to any queries. Ben Simmons also played a key role, showing real dedication and making sure everything progressed seamlessly.

Ted was by far the standout agent we dealt with during our Kemptown search.
I actually dropped into the branch unannounced and he immediately gave me his full attention, putting everything else aside to help. He took the time to properly understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful, practical advice rather than simply sending listings.
He was generous with his time, proactive, and genuinely engaged throughout. In a market where that level of service is rare, Ted is a real credit to the Kemptown team. I would highly recommend him!

Fos and Sons - Marta and David have been brilliant throughout. Whilst they weren't able to match me with the property I wanted, they were very supportive and didn't ever give me the hard sell. David was very helpful with the mortgage broking side of things. Thank you!

Jack Edwards at Fox&Sons was brilliant at helping us with our mortgage. We hit a couple of bumps in the road due to a complex income situation but Jack was able to find a really good solution and everything went super smoothly. He also set us up with all the required insurance policies. Definitely recommend!

Quality service from a quality agent. Had my flat on the market with another agent and after 6 weeks and 2 viewings I decided to get these guys involved as well. Harry Dyer came over and was great at explaining the process, fees and the plan to sell my place. He explained what they do differently and how proactive they are. Once signed I was passed over to Chris Knight who had me a viewing within a week. From what I gathered from the viewer it was one that Chris had to really convince that seeing my flat was the right move for him. The guy offered there and then and at asking price. 3 months later iv just exchanged and we move in less then a week! Unbelievable work all round and I could thank the guys enough!
