Wouldn’t recommend Fulfords Cowick Street. JF not upto the job told lies, half truths when looking for help & support when losing a love one. Recommended going to Auction, did very little to support, yet they got £6500 for doing very little & other member of staff were not upfront about cost. Sorry from my experience would recommend Fulfords Cowick Street Exeter ????????????

Milly was fantastic during our rental property viewing this afternoon! She answered any questions we had honestly and professionally. Her friendly personality put us instantly at ease and able to enjoy our viewing. Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply,
They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.

We have sold two houses now through Fulfords Plymstock. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
