I spoke with Fulfords in Paignton after starting from the top of Hyde Road (Bradleys) and walking down to every estate/letting agents, I was intending on going to Fulfords, and I was instantly impressed at how they were, not only to talk to but they way they enganged with my looking for a property. Of all the estate agents, they were the only people who didn't have their noses in the air...I arranged with Lyn a few days later to see a property and a few days later, I saw a property with Alice. Since the viewing, I had Lyn phone me to ask how things went, etc and we had a decent conversation, it was not a push push push conversation, and for that I am now only going to deal with Fulfords, the staff I have spoke to, I don't know all the names but everyone of them that I spoke to have been incredibly nice and decent people, their approach is something ALL the other estate/letting agents on Hyde Road could learn from. Maybe I am old school with manners and expectations or maybe I just appriciate good service. Even if I do not get the property I am after, circumstance taken into account, as I say, there is only one place, in my straightforward way of being, that I will deal with and that is Fulfords.

Amy Broom and her colleagues made my setting up of new tenant very fast and very easy to complete .I have no negatives about their way of carrying out this process > will certainly use this company for re-letting or selling in the future .

Completed a purchase yesterday on a property in Roundham. Fulfords Paignton have been excellent throughout the process. Laura Paine and Ellie Rogers have been a delight. Both were professional and efficient while still managing to be bubbly and super- friendly at all times. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed to have our property refurbished before letting, the management side were terrific at co-ordinating and contacting local tradesmen to accomplish this, with little hassle to myself and husband as we are getting on in years, a tremendous help, leading to a smooth and trouble free re letting

I cannot express how helpful Sean and the team have been. Totally professional and keen and willing to go above and beyond. And with a genuine smile. They are genuinely happy to be able to help.
We bought a house through Fulfords a while back and Sean and the team have been part of the story ever since. The aftercare provided has been brilliant. Our relationship continues long after we got the keys.
We have had a little property related issue that we needed some help with. I walked into the office a bit worried. Sean saw my face and smiled when he saw me, sat me down and offered me a cup of tea.
He then listened carefully to the problem, and even though it was nothing to do with him, he smiled again and said ‘leave that with me.’
I walked out reassured and smiling.
A few hours later Sean phoned me and said, ‘it’s all sorted.’ ????
The on going relationship we have with Sean, his team and the company as a whole is such a nice one, it feels like I’ve made a friend.????

We have sold two houses now through Fulfords Plymstock. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
