After over 6 months listing with other agencies and very little to show for it we switched to Haart and could not have been happier with our choice. Joe and Stewart have been fabulous and took our sale through to completion very quickly. Communication was flawless, we were kept regularly up to date and they gave great advice and support as the offer came in and sale progressed. I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely use Haart again in the future.

All the staff at Haart Romford were very easy to get on with, knew their subject and helped to make the challenges of selling a property as easy as possible. They oversaw the selling process with ease and were always accessible.

It was a slow start with minimal viewings,but eventually we got an offer. After this the agent was always helping us keep on track with weekly updates,liasing between buyers & sellers solicitors!

Lots of promises and good advice at initial face to face meeting. They got me to drop the price quite early on. Two viewings in 7 months. I was supposed to have a phone call with them last week and had an appointment time booked. No phone call but a generic email.
At the start they suggested I have new stair carpet and flooring in some rooms . I had new bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet put down.
They took the house of the market without telling me. The sign was taken from the front of my house. I checked online and they had pulled the house of the market. Almost quite childish?
I think it was a poor set of photos and description having reviewed my experience. They stated partially double glazed when I had every window replaced to double glazed. Just odd things that they didn't mention.
I am not sure if they know the area and market that well as it is a good location.
The house market is always difficult through the winter months but putting that aside , the company just don't communicate at all.
I started to look at other options for selling as you just don't hear from them. I think the last promised phone call was my clear signal that as something needed to change. Their poor practice made the decision for me.
I will express that the guy that saw me on the first visit to discuss selling was very good. Talks a good talk.
