**SHOCKING ESTATE AGENT** Absolutely abysmal service from this estate agent, quick enough to move you in then when there is a problem they’re no where to be seen. Had non stop mould problems with the property we rented and when we finally managed to consult them about this issue it took MONTHS for someone to even visit and do a damp and mould report… the estate agent tried to blame me for the mould issue which is unbelievable! When I received the report, they clearly HAD NOT read it because it says there is insufficient ventilation in the property and a part of the wall had a poor air brick therfor allowing water ingress. Also noting the fact that one of the ventilation fans didn’t work, also mentioned in the report. Then they started to blame the tumble drier, which was supplied by our landlord and was letting off “EXTREME” levels of humidity… None of them have a clue what they’re doing… and now I’ve got no furniture due to the issues as I’ve had to throw it all out. They basically lied us off to say they don’t care. As the report said “all proposed works should be undertaken”, None of the proposed works except the tumble drier inspection was carried out, and even that proved useless so we requested a second inspection for the mould and tumble drier to which we were told NO! The landlord I don’t think was the issue, it was solely down to the uselessness and lack of care from the estate agent, specifically Lisa.<br><br>USE THIS ESTATE AGENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Very happy to report that Henry Adams had our house under offer in a matter of weeks, when previously the property had sat for over a year! Rachel is a highly dedicated Agent who is attentive and committed to her clients. Henry Adams are the most effective agents in the area.

We purchased a property and Will was the main point of contact. He was great throughout the whole process which wasn’t the most straight forward purchase, but whatever Will said he would do in regards to chasing and progressing the sale, he was always good to his word. The property was highly sought after and I felt they handled it very fairly throughout. I also liked the mortgage adviser they have to reference me up as a prospective buyer. He didn’t rush the phone calls and was very helpful. Many thanks and we would highly recommend this agents. Gemma & Steve

I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

Leah was absolutely fantastic in handling my house purchase. Several times she went over and above to get a deal done. I have no doubt I wouldn't have bought this property f it hadn't been for her true professionalism and empathy.
