We had an excellent experience with Jackson-Stops, and particularly with Ro Diaper, while we were buying our new house. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.

Nick of Jackson-Stops was extremely helpful in communicating between us and the Vendor.
We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable.
We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

Following a very protracted sale of our much-loved Somerset family home of nearly 50 years, during a very difficult market, at the top of a chain, high praise firstly to Brian Bishop and, later to Marcus Browne. The whole Taunton J-S team acted with great professionalism, calm and thoroughness. Always quickly responsive to phone calls and emails. Very sensitive, diplomatic and caring in what was an extremely demanding scenario.<br><br>Crucially, the chain management was outstanding with constant attention to what was happening further back.<br><br>Marcus went above and beyond to achieve the goal. Can't give enough praise to him.<br><br>J-S Cheeky Bricks podcasts every 2 weeks - EXCELLENT information very well-presented and fun to listen to. Listen to all of them! I can't remember which one it is but an early episode concerns choosing an agent to sell your property - a MUST! It's worth doing your homework at the outset.
