We bought a lovely apartment just around the corner from their office. They are always so helpful and nice, and they had lots of great choices for us to pick from.

Rarely one to post reviews but recent sale of in-laws house demonstrated how a good agent can work to resolve problems and help manage the invariable stress of moving elderly relatives. Many thanks to Jonathan Penn who undoubtedly got our sale "over the line" despite day of completion failures and a very difficult chain throughout the sale process

Nick of Jackson-Stops was extremely helpful in communicating between us and the Vendor.
We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable.
We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

Brian and team were so professional but at the same time very helpful and friendly , really put me at ease as i worked through selling our house. They guided us through the sale.
