The staff at Jackson stops Cornwall go above and beyond as estate agents to help you with selling. Jackson-Stops service throughout our buying process was supportive, informative and professional. The purchase was not straightforward, it was dual agent, the vendor was a receiver and consequently a lot of the information you would normally expect to receive was simply not there. Anthony was able to fill the gaps and make pragmatic suggestions when we hit blockers. He also repeatedly moved the vendor's solicitors along to address outstanding points to meet our timeframes. We felt like we'd received a genuine service rather than just being in a process.

Nick of Jackson-Stops was extremely helpful in communicating between us and the Vendor.
We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable.
We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.

Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO
