Went to view a property with Fran, loved it. Within 24 hours I was accepted by the owner. 24 hours later my referencing had passed and had a move in date. Very very easy with these guys, kept me up to date constantly and kept their word. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a pleasure of dealing with Honey when finding a rental property in Ramsgate.
She went beyond expextations from start to finish, includind taking accurate measurements of the lounge and the bedroom-including door widths!
This helped me plan fitting my furniture.
As I had my delivery around 9.30am in the morning of my moving day, she brought the keys by walking from the office.
I can fully endorse Honey and look forward to working with her again as a tenant or a landlord.

Great estate agents that got us our rental, they were really quick in replying and in getting everything to us. There were some roadblocks due to sickness but both Ruby and Siobhan went above and beyond to get everything sorted for our move in date!

Forgot to put my garage on the plans. Didn't say that there was no onward chain and no board. The house is in a cul-de-sac but may walkers go past with dogs etc.
