Owen was really helpful throughout my purchase and always friendly and responsive when I needed anything. As the buyer I didn’t have a huge amount of direct involvement with the agents, but my experience was very positive overall.<br><br>Only slight niggle was that I emailed James after completion about collecting the estate agent board and have still not heard back, hence the four rather than five stars.

The individuals I had the pleasure to work with were Reuben, Alex and Maddie and I would highly recommend this team in Herne Bay. I intend to use them again in the near future.

Having worked with many Estate Agents over the years, I can honestly say, the Herne Bay branch of Miles and Barr stand head and shoulders above most in terms of area knowledge, relationships with vendors and speed of responses to questions. I had the pleasure of working with Reuben Shanley-Tait on our purchase and he made the whole process so much easier than it usually is. I would highly recommend anyone selling or moving to the area to give Reuben a call first, we'll definitely work with him again. 5 stars.

I made an enquiry relating to the recent successful sale of my (non UK resident) brother's apartment by MIles & Barr's Birchington Office. It was for Capital Gains Tax purposes, and I was anticipating a laborious process, as with most things these days. My call was taken by Tom, a Senior Branch Manager, who explained what he could do. Within a very short time, he emailed the information requested, in the format required. I was very pleased with this rapid and efficient response for what was a 'non mainstream' question on a very hot August day. He is truly an asset to the business, so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have used Miles & Barr for a number of transactions now and they have always been very successful.

I’m hugely impressed by Miles and Bare. Steve W was a breath of fresh air, very personable, engaging and professional with deep knowledge of the housing industry. We had some really great conversations where he gave me a realistic and honest view of the position I am in regarding buying and selling in the current market. His advice was based on what he knew about me by asking thoughtful questions, and having clearly listened carefully to the answers. When I am in a position to move forward again I will not hesitate to put my trust in Steve and Miles and Barr to help me move into my dream home
