I was pleased with the professional attitude throughout most of the re-letting process. There was one slight blip in the middle where I was not updated about the possible new tenant status.

Very good service from Freddie in 2 x properties I viewed everything I needed to know he was able to answer and was very helpful. Freddie was interested and not rushing me to view the property was very professional and helpful agent. Next day Freddie was even getting feedback and my thoughts to feedback to the landlords.
