I cant thank Jordan and the team enough for the sale of our house.<br>Very straight talking and always keeping us in the loop, they didnt stop chasing when required.<br>I would seriously recommend this company to sell your house, there are so many options when selling your house with other Agents trying to push you into selling with them, which puts me off straight away, with these that wasnt the case, I went on face value and it worked.<br>Great Team.............

I would thoroughly recommend Newton Fallowell for their great efficiency and customer service in valuing and selling my house quickly. Henry had a very positive outlook on my house and managed to find a buyer within one week. He, Adam, Jenna and the rest of the team made sure that we got to exchange as quickly as possible and were invaluable in chasing the solicitors and others in the chain to expedite matters.

We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

You have to submit ALL your details to be able to even ask for a viewing. Fill in all personal information then you get left sitting waiting to hear back from them! Then you call and they say oh send an email and chase up your application!<br>It’s all a joke to just even get a viewing and I have waisted so much time and got no where with this estate agent!
