I have been very impressed with both the sales team and the lettings team at Newton Fallowell. As a landlord, their team have been incredibly helpful and dealt quickly with any issues. We decided to instruct Good child's to sell our property for us as we felt we were getting value for money with what they offered.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions.
Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date.
The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers.
Highly recommended!

From the initial visit by Kieran to the end sale of the property the service received was first class and very professional.The pricing of the property was realistic and the sales photos and brochure was of a very high standard without adding gloss!
The company was always contactable via different media’s and always responded fast and in a professional manner. The asking price was almost reached but we concluded the sale in under 10 weeks from launch which was brilliant; thanks to the attention and help of the 5 star Newton Fallowell Estate Agents.
Would very much highly recommend the firm to any residential Buyers!!

We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.
