We have had a great experience so far with Ocean, we had a viewing with Will, who was lovely and friendly and very informative. We made an offer after our viewing and were then passed on to Charlie, who has also been lovely and helpful and got things moving quickly for us. They have both been very professional.

Such an easy viewing with Charlotte Payne. She was friendly and chilled the whole time, so it felt like a relaxed chat rather than a sales pitch. She knew the house really well and answered all my questions straight away. No pressure at all, she let me take my time nd look around properly. The same day I got a clear email with the next steps, which made everything simple. If you're house hunting in Bristol, ask for Charlotte, she's a star!!!!

Missed a call from a lady for a viewing, called back to kindly arrange another meeting (and advise email might be best as I work in a busy environment and wouldn’t want to waste their time with missed calls).<br><br>The man who answered was highly unprofessional; answered abruptly, fair enough (may have been having a bad day), then was just really rude and unhelpful. Blunt and quite sarcastic. I am new to buying a house but from the lovely reception I’ve had from other estate agents, I’d advise this steer well clear of this one. Sadly I didn’t get the gentleman’s name.
