Had a mortgage appointment with Lilly and she went above and beyond taking the time to look through all the options available. Was very accomodating working around my work schedule late on a Friday, cannot recommend enough.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Leah, who is by far the best mortgage broker we have ever worked with. We had struggled in the past with trying to secure a remortgage on our flat and had some poor experiences with other brokers, so we were quite desperate and stressed going into this. Leah understood our situation and respected that we needed a quick and stress-free service, with plenty of communication.<br><br>Leah was a pleasure to deal with, and even after finding a mortgage we were happy with, she continued to work in the background to find even better options. She met our every need and was so friendly and accommodating throughout. After struggling for years, she was able to find us a great deal with a good provider, and process our remortgage in record speed. We're so grateful for her work ethic and professionalism and will definitely recommend her to friends and family. We'll certainly be back. Thanks Leah!

I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating.
Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.
