Had a mortgage appointment with Lilly and she went above and beyond taking the time to look through all the options available. Was very accomodating working around my work schedule late on a Friday, cannot recommend enough.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Leah, who is by far the best mortgage broker we have ever worked with. We had struggled in the past with trying to secure a remortgage on our flat and had some poor experiences with other brokers, so we were quite desperate and stressed going into this. Leah understood our situation and respected that we needed a quick and stress-free service, with plenty of communication.<br><br>Leah was a pleasure to deal with, and even after finding a mortgage we were happy with, she continued to work in the background to find even better options. She met our every need and was so friendly and accommodating throughout. After struggling for years, she was able to find us a great deal with a good provider, and process our remortgage in record speed. Extremely poor service. Wasted months of my time not being able to close a potential purchase of a property. Given the current market constraints would have assumed an agent would at least get back to a potential buyer with a response to their offer……

You don't sell a property very often and choosing an agent can seem like a bit of a lottery. We decided to entrust Peter Alan and we are so glad that we did. From the first call-back to the final 'your sale is complete' call, everyone at the Bridgend office were professional, friendly, considerate and focused on getting our property sold. The sale incurred a lot of other stresses but every interaction with Peter Alan was as low-stress and positive as they could be. Just an amazing team. Give them a call. Diolch or galon.
