Purchased through Ryder & Dutton (Royton) and was very pleased with the service they provided.
Michaela, Emmy, Naomi and Oliver was great with communication and very proactive in ensuring that the process moved smoothly. All queries were answered quickly and they were a superb point of liaison between myself, the seller and the relevant conveyancing team. I felt fully-informed throughout and also that they was completely on top of things, in contrast with other estate agents I have used in the past.

Excellent service up to now. Higher valuation than other agents and sold within a few weeks above asking price. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff, especially Nicole, who kept in touch very regularly. Hope they continue with their excellent service through to completion.

Avoid at all costs.
This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property.
Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.
