We only had our property on the market for a short period before an offer was made. We had a stream of viewings which were handled brilliant by our Estate Agent and the staff we're great with communication after each viewing keeping us well informed.

The important things ie significance of interest by viewers were not communicated. Having agreed sale ‘subject to contract’ there is now zero communication !

Bought a house through Ryder and Dutton team, everyone was pleasant to deal with, especially Geraldine who kept me updated throughout what turned out to be a very long process.

Arranged a an evaluation, then it was shortly cancelled and changed.
An alternative date booked , we made space in the property getting ready for the evaluation, took a day of work , and just u set an hour before the appointment time , they called to cancel. I called up and was told the representative Helen, had called in sick, after explaining a day of work was booked Nicola took a moment to discuss, then came back and changed the story because now Helen was actually in the office with no voice, very poorly . And no back up or alternative could be made. Seems they are not very resourceful and may be lacking in staff . No alternative appointment was offered and no attempt to source an alternative evaluation.
Personally this experience is not good

Was very easy to instruct, they came quickly and house was on the market within days. They provided regular market updates and kept in contact regarding viewings and offers. Everyone I spoke to at the branch was friendly and helpful.

I honestly cannot fault the service we received from Ryder & Dutton. From the beginning through to completion they did everything in their power to make the process as quick and as efficient as possible.
From conveying our love of the property to the seller to help us secure the best price, to chasing our solicitors for updates, the team at Ryder & Dutton are fantastic, efficient and friendly.
A special mention to Catherine Sailsbury for always being so approachable, kind and responsive. You really made the whole process all the more exciting and enjoyable, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts from both of us.

After 12 years living in the UK, and renting houses from several agencies, this is the best estate agents I have ever met. Very professional, patient, and happy to help with great customer service. I highly recommend them for everyone.

Avoid at all costs.
This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property.
Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.
