Eve showed me around a little property that was just perfect and helped me to get a mortgage offer with her recommendation of a financial services company near by.
I was a first time buyer so I was very naive to the process of buying a house but I could not have been helped any more professionally and looked after with real care and understanding by Eve.

Excellent service from the Wellington office. They quickly found a tenant for my rental house, smoothed the way for the formal bits and clearly explained the changes in new landlord regulations. I’d use their services again!

We have been with Beacon Lee and Ward for many years. I would say that Stags are very fortunate to inherit the excellent letting team from them. Since my husband became ill, all the bureaucracy I had to deal with as a landlord became quite overwhelming. The team have lent me a sympathetic ear and have been giving me the advice I desperately needed. Their professionalism and friendly approach are something they should be proud of. I am very happy to have the Stags letting team acting as our agent and recommend them for letting/renting to all.

Have recently sold and purchased through stags in Bideford I wanted to share how amazing team have been from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase.
From a sale perspective the whole team were great, from discussions on marketing, feedback from viewings and online performance through to the negotiations on offers and support through enquiries through to completion (often going above and beyond to keep communication lines open across the chain and everything on track)
From a purchase perspective we had the same great service and acted in our interests as buyers at all times.
We were cautious on using the same agent for our sale as the one used by the vendors of our purchase due to potential conflicts of interest etc but that was unfounded.
Transparent and pragmatic across the whole process and a breath of fresh air to find an estate agency that breaks from the stereotypes. Although we are hopefully now in our forever home I wouldn’t question using the team again if things change.

In a class of their own! The Stags team at Tiverton know their stuff. From the moment we met, they very quickly understood what we were looking for, pulling out all the stops to support us in our tricky relocation to Devon. Oh my goodness the stuff are absolutely amazing, Amanda, Adrian and Robert couldn’t do enough, I have brought and sold 4 houses in my life time and by far they are the best and an absolute pleasure and there honestly in dealing with them, what a wonderful experience, thank you so much you are a credit to your company.

Hilda England worked tirelessly to complete the sale of the property. I was kept informed throughout the process and given sound advice. Stags had dealt with the sale of my grandfather's property in 1979 and the high level of service received then has continued.
I would use Stags again and recommend to other.

Greg came to our bungalow and gave us a very competitive valuation. With on going follow ups Elsie could not have been more helpful when we had some snags with our buyers Solicitor. The Launceston office are so helpful and I couldn’t recommend them more highly
