We have just completed on the purchase of our new home with Stags Totnes. The whole process was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - Nancy almost became our own "personal shopper" at the start of our process, taking us to view several properties, offering excellent & considered advice throughout. Once we had found our perfect place the process was seamless, just 6 weeks from memorandum of sale to exchange. This was thanks in no small part to the diligence and attentiveness of Nancy and the Totnes team. They were with us every step of the way and could not have been more accommodating in arranging access for our surveyor and trades people often at fairly short notice.
From our experience we would highly recommend Stags Totnes and thank you Nancy for all you have done for us.

We bought our house through Stags in Truro, and Emily was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, helping us secure the purchase and supporting us all the way through the conveyancing process as well.
Emily was always responsive, professional, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience so much smoother.
We would definitely recommend both Emily and Stags to anyone looking to buy a property.

Stags Tiverton were fantastic throughout my house sale. From start to finish, the process felt personal and professional, and the team at Tiverton Stags were incredibly patient and kind.
Lisa was especially excellent at managing the emotional side of the transaction and keeping everything balanced. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough.
I was quite nervous at the outset about selling a small residential property, but I would strongly recommend the team for any property sale.

Have recently sold and purchased through stags in Bideford I wanted to share how amazing team have been from start to finish on both the sale and the purchase.
From a sale perspective the whole team were great, from discussions on marketing, feedback from viewings and online performance through to the negotiations on offers and support through enquiries through to completion (often going above and beyond to keep communication lines open across the chain and everything on track)
From a purchase perspective we had the same great service and acted in our interests as buyers at all times.
We were cautious on using the same agent for our sale as the one used by the vendors of our purchase due to potential conflicts of interest etc but that was unfounded.
Transparent and pragmatic across the whole process and a breath of fresh air to find an estate agency that breaks from the stereotypes. Although we are hopefully now in our forever home I wouldn’t question using the team again if things change.
