Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks Branch have…
Strutt and Parker Sevenoaks Branch have recently completed the sale of our property. Despite the chain being problematic due to the failings of other estate agents within the chain Victoria Rose of S & P was professional, honest and did everything possible to ensure our buyers were able to proceed with the purchase on many occasions working out of office hours and at weekends. The good lines of communication S & P maintained between buyers, solicitors and developers resulted in us moving into our dream Home.

I have just completed a purchase handled by Julian Masson and his handling of it was helpful, professional, prompt and faultless.
The whole experience was without stress and, assisted by all others in the transaction performing well, (solicitors on both sides, surveyor, lender and seller) it shows buying property can be positive and exciting. Above all, the Estate Agent’s input is crucial and Strutt & Parker went above and beyond on this one. I would definitely instruct them on any sale I had or recommend them to others.

Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing.
during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism.
at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given.
completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
