We are enormously grateful to Edward Church and his team at Strutt & Parker, Canterbury, who were brilliant throughout our time using them to sell our property. We made the mistake of not going with them from the start of the process - and were blown away by how good they were when we moved to them after many fruitless months and much frustration. Edward handled things so well. He was incredibly thorough and dedicated, empathetic and sensible. He kept us fully informed throughout, was proactive, showed copious common sense and offered wise counsel. He turned what was a stressful, worrying experience into a smooth, positive one. Highly, highly recommended.

We worked with Annabel to find a rental property and couldn't have asked for more - proactive, responsive and so engaged with what we were looking for in a home. She was so helpful throughout the viewings we did, both being able to answer all our questions on the property and location, but also listening to our concerns and then making sure that subsequent viewings hit the mark. It made the whole process so easy and painless and made the experience so much better then anything we'd had before!

Chris was extremely helpful throughout our property search. He always kept us updated on properties coming onto the market that met our criteria, and even went above and beyond in organising a builder to give us a quote on a basement renovation. Would highly recommend!

Sharnie and her team were everything you could hope for in an estate agent. They are trustworthy in your home and honest. They were always at the end of the phone for any query and dealt with our house sale with sensitivity and respect.

Contacted Nicholas on their chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar 2026 to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. Update - did eventually hear from an apologetic Andrew Harwood who came over personally to appraise our home.

Highly recommend working with Strutt & Parker SW10, in particular Cia Mackay. Cia was professional, extremely kind and was able to show us properties that fit our requirements without wasting time on those which did not. She was always available and we value the relationship we made with her. Would not hesitate to recommend working with Cia.

Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing.
during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism.
at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given.
completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
