Sam Bookman is honestly the best agent. He was incredible in helping me with my flat and really listened to what I wanted, making everything feel tailored to me. I’ve been renting a property through Strutt and Parker for a number of years now and I’ve found them to be extremely thorough and professional in resolving issues/problems. I’ve primarily dealt with Christine Froud the lettings agent from the Ascot/Sunningdale branch and she is easy to communicate with and gets things done in a timely manner.

We are big fans of the team and what they had to offer. Highly attentive, very responsive to requests (ours and our tenants) and ultimately made managing our property from overseas very easy. Would recommend highly to others. They were also great at handing off to the sales team as looked to sell the property.

Cia helped us find a new flat and the process was very seamless. Having dealt with very pushy agents at other firms, who quite frankly can be untrustworthy and do not act in the best interests of tenants, Cia and Strutts really stood out as super responsive, professional, trustworthy and reliable. I have rented many flats in London and this process was by far the smoothest - thank you very much Cia and team

Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing.
during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism.
at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given.
completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
