A smooth process start to finish - from the helpful advice to maximise the price at the first valuation, to the helpful viewing follow-ups and the after-sale communication - they made us feel valued and built a trusted relationship. I just Completed on my house sale.<br>I placed my instruction with Thomas Merrifield (Kidlington) after first carefully considering Purple Bricks & doing the hard work myself, then, after deciding that I needed a really professional sale (Not something I felt I could bring through the Purple Bricks route) considering what was available on my own High Street . I felt that good local knowledge was important in my chosen Agency.<br>I narrowed it down to 2 well regarded local Estate Agents, & in truth, at the time, I felt that there was nothing between them (Clint came to our home & explained the process, expectations & cost, and answered any questions we had (there were many!)). In the end I could select only one.<br><br>I am absolutely delighted with the work Thomas Merrifield did for me. Very professional, always available, & in the first week we had a number of viewings booked in, these quickly realised two very good offers, one of which I accepted.<br>I am grateful to Lisa who is extremely talented & experienced, she helped navigate us through the process in a calm, efficient and thorough way, always providing updates & offering guidance where needed. Liaising with our Solicitor & all the other solicitors & Estate Agents in the chain. I am in no doubt, that it was Lisa's constant attention to all outstanding details, that kept our house sale & indeed, our whole chain, on track.<br>Our buyers were first time buyers & as such, were quite naive about the processes (this is not a criticism), Lisa was able to provide them with appropriate reassurance & impartial guidance that ensured they remained in the process. From my conversations with my buyers, I would feel confident that they too were very satisfied with the outcome.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Merrifield Kidlington for your house sale.<br>`

Vicky at Thomas Merryfield provided a 110% service. Trying to let out my Mothers retirement flat, I wanted to go multiple agencies and having already viewed the flat, Vicky told me that for rentals, dual agency was not offered. However she kept me in mind when she was approached for such a property and called me to check on my position. The ease with which she led the process was more than impressive. I can't thank her enough for everything she did.

We had the most wonderful experience from Raena and her Team this year selling our propoerty in these most difficult times. Used another estate agents in Bicester before using Thomas Merrifield but did'nt feel that they were doing much for us. Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent. Overall, very pleased.

Buyers perspective: we were constantly told that estate agents during the buying process are something to be cautious about, but Thomas Merrifield were incredible. We bought a house through them a couple of months ago, they made our journey so easier and were the least stressful part of the whole process. As a first time buyer, they spoke me through all my concerns and helped navigate solicitors and surveyors etc. George in particular was fantastic - we still speak about how great they were. If we were selling, this is the only place we would consider to sell through.
