We dealt with our purchase and sale 14 years ago with the Merrifields and they went above and beyond for us. All this time later there was only one agent we would use for our new sale and purchase. Jamie again proved how efficient and profession they are at the Merrifields. Kept updated throughout the process and no question or phone call was ever too much from us.
Jamie worked hard to stay on top of the entire chain to ensure a smooth and timely completion.

We sold our house with Thomas Merrifield, Didcot, in July last year.
We worked with Jamie and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We actually sold our house within 24 hours of listing it, which was amazing. It took us a little longer to find somewhere we wanted to buy but Jamie was great and never put any pressure on us at all.
One thing I really liked about dealing with TM is that we had one point of contact throughout the entire process. Jamie handled the valuation, viewings, and the sale, all the way through to completion. It is really reassuring when there is one person that actually knows what is going on!

I decided to sell my building plot and knowing the excellent service Jack and his team provides at the Grove office I spoke him. He suggested I contacted James Merrifield at there Oxford branch to discuss my options. I felt very confident with the advise he gave me on the sale process so I instructed him to proceed. like all good sales things did not go as planed, but James was with me 100% of the way sorting all the obstacles to achieve the sale.

Graeme Pierce at Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington is a top, top professional. Estate Agents have traditionally taken a lot of stick with their fees being seen as easily earned. Not on this occasion. Graeme managed a difficult sales process with patience, with calmness and with superb people skills. Graeme earned every penny of the fee he charged, overcoming several obstacles and using the experience he has accumulated to assuage the various personalities within a complex chain. I am a GP super fan!!
