I cannot recommend Thomas Merrifield Wallingford highly enough. Craig gave us the confidence to put our house on the market and once it was live the property sold within a week! David progressed the Sale and was absolutely brilliant. He was calm, professional and kept the deal going. Always at the end of the phone. Always on our side. A great bit thank you for me.

We received outstanding service from all the team at Thomas Merrifield, from placing the house on the market to completion. Marketing was excellent and the house sold very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, especially Charlie who regularly kept in touch with updates as the sale proceeded. Charlie was 'our rock' throughout; nothing was too much trouble for him, reassuring and supporting us at every stage. We would highly recommend the team and give 10 stars (if it were possible!)
