I just Completed on my house sale.<br>I placed my instruction with Thomas Merrifield (Kidlington) after first carefully considering Purple Bricks & doing the hard work myself, then, after deciding that I needed a really professional sale (Not something I felt I could bring through the Purple Bricks route) considering what was available on my own High Street . I felt that good local knowledge was important in my chosen Agency.<br>I narrowed it down to 2 well regarded local Estate Agents, & in truth, at the time, I felt that there was nothing between them (Clint came to our home & explained the process, expectations & cost, and answered any questions we had (there were many!)). In the end I could select only one.<br><br>I am absolutely delighted with the work Thomas Merrifield did for me. Very professional, always available, & in the first week we had a number of viewings booked in, these quickly realised two very good offers, one of which I accepted.<br>I am grateful to Lisa who is extremely talented & experienced, she helped navigate us through the process in a calm, efficient and thorough way, always providing updates & offering guidance where needed. Liaising with our Solicitor & all the other solicitors & Estate Agents in the chain. I am in no doubt, that it was Lisa's constant attention to all outstanding details, that kept our house sale & indeed, our whole chain, on track.<br>Our buyers were first time buyers & as such, were quite naive about the processes (this is not a criticism), Lisa was able to provide them with appropriate reassurance & impartial guidance that ensured they remained in the process. Vicky at Thomas Merryfield provided a 110% service. Trying to let out my Mothers retirement flat, I wanted to go multiple agencies and having already viewed the flat, Vicky told me that for rentals, dual agency was not offered. However she kept me in mind when she was approached for such a property and called me to check on my position. The ease with which she led the process was more than impressive. I can't thank her enough for everything she did.

We were delighted with the service we received from the Wallingford branch of Thomas Merrifield. After meeting with several estate agents, it was clear that Luke was the right person to handle our sale. He quickly understood the property, set out a clear strategy, and impressed us with his honesty, flexibility, and ambition.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, with Luke always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Tiffany was also a pleasure to work with, helping with viewings and queries, while Mark provided great support whenever Luke was away.<br><br>We accepted an offer within days, and despite a few inevitable hurdles before completion, the process was smooth overall thanks to Luke and the team.
