Wards, if my experience is anything to go by, are worth every penny of their fees. Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a credit to their profession.

I had a great experience with this estate agency. Jesse Cheema was professional, friendly, and always willing to help throughout the process. She kept us informed at every stage, and responded promptly to any questions, which made everything as smooth and stress free as possible - especially being first time buyers.
And a special shout-out to Anne (sorry don't know last name), who made the property viewing genuinely enjoyable. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and brought a positive energy.

We had such an amazing experience with the whole team at Wards Cliftonville and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, every single person we dealt with was kind, professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. The teamwork between everyone was incredible and it really made the entire process feel smooth, exciting, and stress-free.
A special mention to Joe and Jonathan, who were both brilliant throughout, but every member of the team chipped in to help us whenever we needed anything. No question was ever too much trouble, responses were always so quick, and they truly went above and beyond to cater to our every need. We always felt listened to, supported, and looked after.
The team showed us some gorgeous homes and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we felt comfortable and informed at every stage. Their communication, friendliness, and dedication really stood out and made such a difference to our experience.

I am so happy i chose Wards Faversham to sell our house. The team were always so friendly and gave us notice before any viewings. We were delighted to sell our house after a handful of viewings. Paul, Hannah and Emma from the branch were always happy to help us and made me feel comfortable at every step in the process, making it a smooth journey.

I cannot thank the Wards team for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Following the sudden loss of a loved one, selling the house was emotionally very challenging, especially for her elderly parents.
Throughout the entire process, Wards went far beyond what would normally be expected. They were patient, supportive, and genuinely caring at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even going to the house to provide us with final meter reading, and their sensitivity and understanding made a real difference. A massive thanks to Daniel, Hollie, Logan, Bliss, Sharon and Jodie.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only excellent service, but truly compassionate people.
