I've built such a real relationship with Lauren and Monika from Wards as they've journeyed with me through the different of my housing situations. They've been so helpful with providing thorough information, details and advise about which approach would be great for me to consider and not many estate agents will do that for you to ensure you have the best solution. Wards of Sheerness have been fantastic the whole way through the process of selling my home. I would like to thank Linzi for being so helpful and patient with us. Sometimes it was difficult to get viewings booked due to myself and husband working shifts and not living locally. Linzi when out of her way to accommodate us. The day we saw Badgers Set, we saw 3 properties, Linzi have excellent knowledge of all three. This is a very big decision for us, as we have lived in our house for 36 years. I would like to say a big Thank you for helping us with our journey. Hopefully we can look forward to being in our new home during the summer.

I had the fortunate experience of being helped To sell my lodge recently . This would not have been so easy and tomdo,without the help of Maria Meddings.
She was helpful, friendly and kind at such a worrying time.
Her professionalism was reassuring to me, it gave me every confidence during such a stressful period.
The fact that I live in Australia made things a little stressful time wise, but nothing was too much trouble for Maria.

Amazing service received by both Sam and Kate at the King's Hill Branch in selling my daughters property in only 13 days!! Communication was always prompt, professional and personable and both Sam and Kate showed great support and commitment throughout the process . Julia, Jo, Rob, Hazel, Romy, Ryan and Emma all dealt with the sale of my house and were very approachable, friendly and kept good contact with updates on viewings and feedback. Would definitely recommend the Ashford branch!

Luisa at the Eynsford branch of Wards has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is empathetic, attentive, and really takes the time to understand the details and what matters to you as a buyer. Communication has been clear and thoughtful throughout, and she strikes a great balance between professionalism and a genuinely personal approach.
I only wish more estate agents operated at this level — it would make the whole process much smoother for everyone.
