Wards, if my experience is anything to go by, are worth every penny of their fees. Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a credit to their profession.

I had a great experience with this estate agency. Jesse Cheema was professional, friendly, and always willing to help throughout the process. She kept us informed at every stage, and responded promptly to any questions, which made everything as smooth and stress free as possible - especially being first time buyers.
And a special shout-out to Anne (sorry don't know last name), who made the property viewing genuinely enjoyable. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and brought a positive energy.

She has been amazing throughout the whole process and as our dedicated sales progressor she has been able to keep everything moving, stepping in where necessary in order to minimise any delays proactively liaising with all parties concerned.

My husband and I used Wards estate agents to buy a property and they were excellent. Our estate agent Emma was fantastic every step of the way, from viewing to completion she was in regular contact, chased up documents and solicitors and managed to get our sale completed in record time. She was so lovely and friendly which is a rare combination in this day. Having previously used other estate agents in the area and had bad experiences, I couldn't recommend Emma and Ward's enough.

From the first visit into Wards, the staff have all been so kind, dedicated to helping us and extremely professional. Their desire to build a relationship with us was noticed immediately and it was obvious that they were on our side and keen to do their very best for us. We really felt we could rely on them to achieve our goals. At every juncture, communication was clear and professional whilst still maintaining that personal level of integrity.

After being on the market for a while with a different agent and having that sale fall through, I was so impressed by the service of Judy Day in the Sales Progression Team, for the property I was purchasing that I moved my sale to Wards, after which point I found the team in Eynsford Branch to be wonderful.
Shannon, Luisa and Carl genuinely pulled out all the stops to find us another buyer within a couple of weeks. Aside from the professional side, I found them to be genuinely nice people to deal with (in contrast to the usual 'salesy' demeanor of other agents I have dealt with in the past). Once again, Judy Day was meticulous and diligent in progressing our sale and took all the stress out of things.
This move represented the third time I've purchased a property and the second time I've sold one and I can honestly say Wards are the best agent I've dealt with. I'd recommend them to anyone.
