Everything was brilliant from the first till now .house was on the market for 4 weeks then an offer was in and accepted right now waiting for final paperwork

Absolutely shocking! They were very keen to get me through the door but appalling at actually having any information as to what they are selling and that's even when they back to you! I was also hung up on when informing them they have wrong details for me... very strange behaviour, you'd think for their reputation of overvaluing they'd at least be keen to communicate with you!<br><br>As someone who quite literally does this as a job aswell i was appalled. The way they treated me differently to my father felt underlyingly sexist.

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended.<br><br>I honestly cannot thank Caroline Davis enough for the outstanding support she has given me throughout my whole renting journey. The AI agent photos were not particularly impressive and there were several errors in the early documentation. However Wards did get several leads and worked to turn them into a sale. Their approach was to push for the modern auction or a deep discount, and in the end it was the discount that got the sale.

Be Chapman and Samantha Turner from Wards (Kings Hill) have made our recent Kings Hill home purchase a breeze. Throughout the process they were always available to answer questions and clarify complex local town and procedural matters. Responses were always rapid and clear. We would most definitely appoint Wards (specifically Be and Sam) should we ever sell or buy a property in Kings Hill in the future.

I had a really positive experience with Wards Eynsford, and I want to highlight just how amazing Shannon was throughout the whole process. She was incredibly supportive, understanding, and patient, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and always keeping me informed.<br><br>Even though I ultimately decided the area wasn’t quite right for me, Shannon’s help and professionalism never wavered, she made the whole journey stress-free and treated me with such care and respect.
