Absolutely shocking! They were very keen to get me through the door but appalling at actually having any information as to what they are selling and that's even when they back to you! I was also hung up on when informing them they have wrong details for me... very strange behaviour, you'd think for their reputation of overvaluing they'd at least be keen to communicate with you!<br><br>As someone who quite literally does this as a job aswell i was appalled. The way they treated me differently to my father felt underlyingly sexist.

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended.<br><br>I honestly cannot thank Caroline Davis enough for the outstanding support she has given me throughout my whole renting journey. From the very first viewing of the property right through to moving in and even afterwards, Caroline has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>She has been incredibly professional, patient, approachable and understanding. Julie Topping has been extremely helpful in my purchase. She is approachable and does not pressure you, and always willing to answer stupid questions! She cares about your circumstances and bridges a gap between buyer and seller in a considerate manner. I would definitely refer friends and family to Wards in future.

Really long process of selling my house. Couple of times wanted to pull it off the market but Gary persuaded to stick with it!<br>Hannah and the lady who showed people round were very helpful during the marketing process so thanks to them!<br>Kim who oversaw the STC process what a gem and an asset to Wards friendly and kept up to date with progress or anything missing etc!<br>I’m sure Gary is breathing a sigh of relief ??????thanks Gary for changing my mind !<br>Everyone was friendly and professional!<br>Thanks Hermione ??????

Although we appreciate the efforts from all involved of course-<br>This 5 star goes to my Sales Progressor- Debbie Brewer. She was absolutely fantastic and a pure blessing during the process. We undoubtably know that the reason for the sale and the subsequent purchase of our new house was because of all the hard work and efforts Debbie put in.<br>If you get her as your sales progressor then you are very lucky!<br>Thank you for everything Debbie, you were a shining star :)

Sally and the Headcorn team have been very supportive during this extremely stressful time! Honestly without them pushing and chasing for us I don’t think we would have exchange in time for our deadline. I honestly couldn’t praise them enough!! Would 100% recommend!
