I've built such a real relationship with Lauren and Monika from Wards as they've journeyed with me through the different of my housing situations. They've been so helpful with providing thorough information, details and advise about which approach would be great for me to consider and not many estate agents will do that for you to ensure you have the best solution. Highly recommend the team at Wards in Herne Bay, we recently had a family bereavement and I was helping my parents , as executors, to sell the property as they’d been finding the whole process very overwhelming. Being based a fair distance from the property I wanted an estate agents we could rely on to handle everything and we couldn’t not have hoped for better!
From my first conversation I knew we’d be in good hands, Graham was fabulous with my elderly parents, reassuring, professional and patient helping them through the process.
The team had a viewing arranged within a week and pictures uploaded to the website super quickly - the photos they arranged really made the most of the property.
My parents are really happy that in less than 3 weeks Emily kindly called after just the second viewing to let us know we had a great offer and once accepted ran through initial details.
Huge thanks to Emily, Shane and Graham for all of their hard work and support they’ve been wonderful and so reassuring to know they my parents will be looked after during the next steps of the sale.

I honestly can’t recommend Wards of Walderslade enough after the experience we’ve just had. We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day.
The team—and especially Anna—completely turned things around for us. What I appreciated most about Anna was her straightforward honesty; she never gave us the usual run-around and was always totally transparent, which was such a refreshing change. She didn't just go through the motions; she actually listened and ended up finding us the absolute dream next chapter for our family’s lives.
