Wards, if my experience is anything to go by, are worth every penny of their fees. Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a credit to their profession.

She kept us informed at every stage, and responded promptly to any questions, which made everything as smooth and stress free as possible - especially being first time buyers.
And a special shout-out to Anne (sorry don't know last name), who made the property viewing genuinely enjoyable. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and brought a positive energy.

I honestly can’t recommend Wards of Walderslade enough after the experience we’ve just had. We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day.
The team—and especially Anna—completely turned things around for us. Highley recommend. From the first time of speaking to Maisie Morris-Judd on the phone to discuss a property to purchase, she was attentive to our needs. She listened to what we needed in a property and has found us the perfect place. Everytime we have seen or spoken to her she has been helpful, friendly and informative.
We asked for mortgage advice too and she put us in touch with leon lett. He again has been really helpful and found us a good deal. If we've needed any information he has helped us and explained our options.
Couldn't have asked for better service from anywhere else. Highly recommend xx
