Absolutely shocking! They were very keen to get me through the door but appalling at actually having any information as to what they are selling and that's even when they back to you! I was also hung up on when informing them they have wrong details for me... very strange behaviour, you'd think for their reputation of overvaluing they'd at least be keen to communicate with you!<br><br>As someone who quite literally does this as a job aswell i was appalled. The way they treated me differently to my father felt underlyingly sexist.

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended.<br><br>I honestly cannot thank Caroline Davis enough for the outstanding support she has given me throughout my whole renting journey. From the very first viewing of the property right through to moving in and even afterwards, Caroline has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>She has been incredibly professional, patient, approachable and understanding. First time me and my wife are renting a property, Alfie was outstanding! Very informative, helpful and made the whole process so direct and smooth. Generally put all the worries or typical concerns to rest with being so understanding and clear.<br>Cant fault anything, even once moved in he is still very proactive and helpful making sure everything is sorted.<br>Honestly recommend Wards of Sittingbourne to anyone who is looking for their next home or first home, and if you in need of a rental or letting then definitely ask for Alfie!<br>Thanks again for all your help and hard work, will of course be using your service again on our future moves
