I've built such a real relationship with Lauren and Monika from Wards as they've journeyed with me through the different of my housing situations. They've been so helpful with providing thorough information, details and advise about which approach would be great for me to consider and not many estate agents will do that for you to ensure you have the best solution. I came into the wards Broadstairs office to discuss my search as I am a first time buyer. I spoke with Keryn, She was so helpful, easy to talk to as most estate agents have been really sales driven and did not have my best interest at heart. Dealing with Wards has been a great experience, Evie Ripley has been a pleasure to deal with she has been lovely! I was originally looking to buy a property in the Canterbury area but my circumstances changed so i have secured one elsewhere which she kindly assisted with. She also introduced me to Matthew Parish from mortgage Matters who has been a lifesaver and a great help with my mortgage! Would highly recommended as I wouldn't be in the position i am without them!

During my property search and viewing process, I interacted with quite a number of estate agents. I found the service provided by Wards of Gravesend Estate Agents to be highly professional.
From the very beginning, arranging viewings was handled efficiently (some agencies from other companies asked me to wait over a week just to arrange a viewing, even for properties with very little interest!). In contrast, Kenny arranged a viewing for me within a few days during the same week.
After my offer was accepted, they also recommended their in-house mortgage broker. Max, with his professionalism and efficient approach, helped me secure a mortgage offer with a low interest rate within just one week. During the subsequent negotiations between my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor, Kim provided regular updates, ensuring the transaction progressed smoothly.
Overall, I would highly recommend the services of Wards of Gravesend Estate Agents.

My Aunt and I have met Ellie several times over the last few weeks when she showed us around properties. Out of all the estate agents we have dealt with, we have found Ellie to be the best! Very professional, extremely helpful (often coming back to us with an answer to a query before the viewing was even over) and so personable. Ellie showed empathy and kindness throughout each viewing. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the house we end up choosing is one of Ellie's!

Outstanding that’s all I can say regarding Wards Estate Agents in Dover . Their professionalism, service & communication has been amazing regarding my late father’s property,
Special thank you’s go to Oliver and Vanessa. A credit to Wards ! They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate all what they have done to TRY & make this a smooth selling. Tough at times and frustrating but these two were so amazing ! They deserve a pay rise or bonus !
