t’s been a journey! Gary had been very supportive of seeing this process through which has been a long one, couple of times wanted to take it off the market but persuaded me to keep it on! Hannah and Jenny have both been fabulous for generating bookings during the viewings period. A thanks to Luke as well. Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

Vanessa Reeve was absolutely amazing throughout the purchase of our first property. As our Sales Progressor, she went above and beyond to keep everything moving, pushing all parties towards exchange and ensuring nothing was left unresolved.
She was incredibly thorough, professional, and always friendly and approachable. Buying a first home can be stressful, but Vanessa’s dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference from start to finish. September 2025 was not a good time to sell a house.The financial crisis, followed by Christmas, had everyone worrying about money .It took until Spring before there was any real interest.However, the team at Wards stuck with it Jordan gave me good advice and the team began to send a few potential buyers ,people who were enthusiastic about my property. Finally, the right couple came along,a couple who I was happy to sell to.
