I cannot recommend Whitegates at all. While they may have numerous excuses for their behavior, I strongly advise against renting from them. My experience was extremely frustrating. They also withheld my deposit, as indicated by previous reviews from others. ???? Whitegates seems to have a negative attitude towards any feedback and always has a counterargument, even going so far as to call my review "slanderous."

What can I say about Abbey Diggle, only AMAZING, FANTASIC, WONDERFULL, and that's just a few things I could say. Abbey really took care of me upto the move and after the move, nothing was a problem for her she made a trying time into a smooth move. Thankyou Abbey from the bottom of my heart your a lovely Star.

Have been consistently helpful - have provided a great service to me as landlord over 10 years, with reliable and friendly management. Staff have been prompt and fair to tenants, and always try to do a good job. Recently, Anastasia has been particularly efficient in setting up the new tenancy.

We have had an absolutely brilliant service with Whitegates! We have been trying to get a rental property for a few months now, and Herdip from Whitegates managed to sort us out within a month!! I want to say a massive thank you to Herdip herself as we wouldn’t have got the property if it wasn’t for her!! She has helped us hugely and kept fighting for us and we’re so beyond grateful for her hard work and determination!! The property itself is beautiful and this process has been so smooth sailing and we are so so so HAPPY!! Thankyou Herdip again!

This was a challenging sale, in unprecedented times. When the sale appeared threatened by stalling solicitors Whitegates got ‘on the case’ and we sold the property, well done!!
