13th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Just wanted to say thanks for the service. I am buying not selling a property and Sue in Sales Progression is lovely. She is very prompt in her responses and is so helpful and approachable. All the team I have met/spoken with are great. I bought a house before this that fell through with another estate agent and the service was appalling, they were so pushy, applied so much pressure and were extremely rude which made me worried about the next time I dealt with an estate agent again but honestly the service has been fab and very personable too.Thank you it is a stressful time and especially when you have a solicitors that have been a nightmare. They have helped greatly with the process.

I have been very happy dealing with them and would thoroughly recommend Vaughan Reynolds to handle the sale of a property. After a poor experience with an Estate Agency, this was so much less stressful and more pleasant.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Despite stating very clearly that we did not want a board or marketing to begin until after a certain date (we wanted to tell our elderly neighbours that we were moving first), the board was erected when we were not at home, earlier than requested. This caused considerable upset and distress to our neighbours. Proof-reading by the agent was very poor. Punctuation was placed incorrectly, especially commas. Inaccurate use of spellcheck meant even simple words, often used by estate agents, were not corrected before the text was sent to us - e.g. 'greed' instead of 'greeted', 'boarders' instead of 'borders' in relation to the garden, 'singe' instead of 'single' in relation to the garage. It took three attempts for the details of the property to be correct. The initial photos were dark and we did not feel they showcased our property well. The agent returned to re-take them but with limited improvement. Feedback from other people directly to us has confirmed this opinion. After the initial consultation, we gained no impression that the agent was proactive in marketing our property, nor that they were really interested in our views. At times, their response appeared to be very dismissive. We have now moved to a new agent - it is early days but we have been made to feel that we matter as individuals. Our views have been taken into account in a far more professional manner.

31st Jul 2023 (11 mo. ago)Dishonest Agent and auction is a scam This agent misrepresents its detail. The auction process is a scam. I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.
5th May 2023 (1 year ago)Completely rude and unprofessional. Didn't seem to care during conversation or negotiations. I would not recommend working with or engaging with this organisation as the owner is entirely rude and entitled. Completely poor service to prospective clients. Owner Leon was unprofessional and walked away during the middle of a conversation. AVOID USING THIS AGENCY.

From the outset Adrian was polite helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the market place, the site my van was on and how best to sell. Would highly reccomend this company, they sold my van for over 18K more than the site offered me, couldnt have been more please with the company, and service we recieved from Adrian - would highly reccomend

After trying to sell the property via the usual local high street estate agent, without success, I heard about Robert and his company and moved to him. His very professional and thorough approach was in stark contrast to the previous estate agency. The new sales brochure was 100% better, both in the photography and accompanying text. Robert was very supportive, as was the rest of his team. They kept me informed throughout and the property was sold in the predicted timescale. Mandy is exceptional and found us a great buyer in our first week and didn’t let anything rest until a successful completion. She and Sarah Jane have provided the best service of any estate agents we have ever been involved with (and there have been lots) and we would not hesitate to engage with them again!
