15th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I moved to Xact from another agent and have been really pleased with their performance. Lovely pictures, very prompt and efficient service on every level. The difference is they know the local area, understand the market and they don’t just rely on all the usual property portals - they proactively market the property. I would highly recommend both the Knowle and Balsall Common office if you are thinking of buying or selling.

Martin and Co presided over the collapse of our house sale after 7 months and in the week we were due to exchange after having spent a large amount of money and time. We’ve complained to the Ombudsman and are confident they will find in our favour. We would NOT recommend Martin and Co, and particularly so called ‘consultant’ Carl Hemming in any way.
2nd Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Not very good communication. Contacted about a viewing on a property & was told they were on holiday for the week & viewings would be arranged when back. Chased today (Tuesday) about viewings & miraculously it has been let. Just communicate correctly, its not much to ask. If the viewings were full or something, just say so.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
