30th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I highly recommend WW Estates Agents. We dealt with the Bolton Junction office. All their staff were a pleasure to deal with. Right from the off they understood our needs and met our expectations. The sale took a while as an earlier buyer withdrew but WW quickly found another buyer. We achieved our asking price. WW handled all the viewings and kept us and our solicitors regularly updated.

After having a nightmare with previous estate agents I was worried they were all the same, however since I put an application in for a rental with brontes, Sam got straight in touch with me and she’s been easy to communicate with since, so friendly and made the whole experience so easy. 10/10.
27th Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)Great experience dealing with Robert Watts, always felt they were promoting the house well and being able to log into their site meant we had up to date information. They were very quick to respond to questions/queries and provide advice on the market when the house did not sell after four weeks and lots of viewings. Only reason I have not given 5 stars across the board is due to the fact we had to drop the recommended sale price; if we had advertised at a lower price earlier the sale would have been quicker.

8th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 28th Sep 2024 (10 days ago)Not on right move did not declare this at all when we discussed selling. They did not openly discuss this with us prior to us finding out as it wasn’t listed. Nice people but felt right move is the premium platform for people wanting to buy a house so would have maybe chosen differently if they had been open at time of first meeting.
