3rd Jun 2025 (9 days ago)I honestly can't thank the team at Dinsdale's enough for everything they did in helping me sell my home..... Angela, Katie, Sam and the rest of the team are truly amazing. From the very first conversation, I felt completely at ease. From coming from a different estate agent it was like a breath of fresh air at such a stressful time. Selling a house especially one that holds so many memories is never easy but Angela made the entire process feel manageable and actually enjoyable! Angela took the time to really understand not just the property but my personal circumstances too. That personal touch made the world of difference. The level of care and attention put into every detail was remarkable. The photos and marketing materials were beautifully done, and the way they spoke about the house during viewings showed how much they genuinely cared. It wasn't just another transaction to them - it felt like they were just as invested in finding the right buyer as I was! They kept me informed every step of the way, and no question was ever too small with guidance all the way until the end. I would recommend Dinsdale's to anyone. I look forward to using them again in the future. If you're looking for someone who combines expertise with heart, you won't find better. 26th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)I took the agents advice and went to auction. 2 time wasters bid against each other and the property reached an unrealistic price. The highest bidder then offered a lower price but wanted to extend the completion date which I refused to do. He then offered a lower price so I asked the auctioneer to go back to other bidders and I achieved a price which was a little more than the highest valuation I had received. I was informed the whole time of what was happening and the auctioneer was very supportive. I was not surprised when I was told the highest bidder did not have the funds and kept dropping his offer, I had seen it happen before in Bradford. I am happy with the service I received and the auctioneer was brilliant. I would recommend anyone selling a property in my area to go to auction but to be prepared for any hiccups along the way.
8th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

At the end we were forced to get environmental health involved , we moved out ..some issues still remain. 0 stars- 30th Sep 2024 (8 mo. ago)I Was on call today with one of the agents in office, I got sent a WhatsApp msg about changes to making a payment, they had changed their details, so asked why my landlord is not aware of all this, he gave me reasons that were irrelevant to me , so I talked to my landlord who asked if I can get everything on my email, So I rung them back and sent them my email, I got no response instead he said I had deposited money with no reference, so I took a screenshot and sent to the WhatsApp number, will come back again here to re review hoping to give zero star

21st Dec 2024 (25 weeks ago)Fantastic service throughout the process. Having bought and sold many properties over the years this sale was hassle free. I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on. Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!

4th Jun 2025 (8 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!
