17th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment a week before, then called again on the morning to confirm. Then again when outside the property. Spoke to the same call handler 3 times in total and after waiting half an hour was told that the agent didn't see us and left. What a joke. Need to be more honest or sort their communication skills out as seriously lacking.

2nd Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)We didn’t sell, we removed our house from the market. Nothing to do with the estate agent, but all to do with the interest rate rises and property price drops. We will put our house back on the market in the autumn
7th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Recently bought a bungalow from someone who actually works at SW Property. The bungalow was left in a filthy state, with piles of rubbish left by the overflowing bins. I obviously contacted the estate agents who passed on my message to the vendor. I wanted the property to be either cleaned or for a team of cleaners to be paid to go in. She said someone would come in half an hour to clear the rubbish. No one ever arrived. The vendor said to go through a solicitor re the cleaning. My sister had a similar situation. The estate agents sent round a team of cleaners and billed the vendor. No such service from this company They had also refused to meet me at the property to show me how the burglar alarm worked etc. I would certainly not recommend this team. Very unprofessional in my view

Typical cowboy sales techniques which back up the awful reputation estate agents already have. Avoid if possible. Horrendous experience.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

29th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I had a viewing booked to view a property at 9:15am. I attended on time. At 9:17am I received a text saying that my viewing has been cancelled. I called the office then several times and despite being after opening time, no answer.

We have nothing but praise for how supportive Home & Manor have been throughout the process; namely Cheryl, Lexie and Alex who have become friendly faces and friendly voices on the end of the phone! Nothing is ever too much trouble and you can rely on them to action things quickly and professionally. It feels like you get a very personal experience from Home & Manor - this is our 3rd move, so we know this is rare. Would recommend Home & Manor to anyone.
