As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts. We look forward to the next one!!

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Came in the wild overvaluation to secure the property, then kept us to reduce the value by 25,000 within four weeks then a further 25,000 in another four weeks as part of the boxing day sale did us very good viewings offers the second and third we had However communication has been less than des, leaving my son who used to be estate agent to do most of the viewings and communicating with the purchaser

He was always available to answer our questions, which he did in a truly honest and professional manner. He made us feel at ease straight away and helped us make the best decisions, 'for us.' Josh understood our needs and did his very best, at all times, to guide us through the often fraught process of both selling our home and buying a new property. We could not recommend him, or 'Tailor Made Sandbanks, highly enough. It is truly thanks to Josh and his colleagues that we are now enjoying a long awaited 'new chapter' in our lives, in the home we spent so many sleepless nights dreaming of. Thank you!

16th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I have spent the past 15 months as a tenant with the Property Shop and could not have wished for a better team throughout the entire period at the home. From the initial viewing to handing the keys back, I felt informed, comfortable and secure. The level of professionalism shown by, and brilliant communication from Andy made this the best tenancy I have been a part of. I would recommend the Property Shop to anyone, and I should I ever require assistance in the rental or buying market in the area, I know where I am going.

Zak understood my situation and efficiently and effectively marketed my property. I agreed a sale within a few days at market value meaning I could go ahead with the property I had seen. Throughout Zak has been professional, kept me up to date at every stage and is a true gentleman. He made the process so simple and has been instrumental in dealing with issues within the chain. I highly recommend Zak and Fahren to anyone looking to move. Thank you for everything you have done.

17th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Don't waste your time. Dealing with Jack Tozer was absolutely waste of time for me. He promised to call, he didn't. I wanted to give an offer to a landlord. Jack even didn't listen to my offer (he never accepted any written application and he even didn't ask what was my offer) and said that the landlord chose someone else. This company didn't follow any procedure with me. Avoid or go there and be prepare to feel be discriminated etc. Also, Charlie Lickiss left here 5 stars review. Person with the same first name and surname works in this company...

Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!
