6th Aug 2019 (4 years ago)Exceptional standard of service from Nigel Still of the Bournemouth office - a true professional - nothing was too much for him over a particularly trying sale! I've bought and sold many properties over the last 35 years and this is the first time that I've been impressed by an agent. If you're looking for old-school professionalism, then these are the estate agents for you. Highly recommended!

He was always available to answer our questions, which he did in a truly honest and professional manner. He made us feel at ease straight away and helped us make the best decisions, 'for us.' Josh understood our needs and did his very best, at all times, to guide us through the often fraught process of both selling our home and buying a new property. We could not recommend him, or 'Tailor Made Sandbanks, highly enough. It is truly thanks to Josh and his colleagues that we are now enjoying a long awaited 'new chapter' in our lives, in the home we spent so many sleepless nights dreaming of. Thank you!
16th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)I have spent the past 15 months as a tenant with the Property Shop and could not have wished for a better team throughout the entire period at the home. From the initial viewing to handing the keys back, I felt informed, comfortable and secure. The level of professionalism shown by, and brilliant communication from Andy made this the best tenancy I have been a part of. I would recommend the Property Shop to anyone, and I should I ever require assistance in the rental or buying market in the area, I know where I am going.

17th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Don't waste your time. Dealing with Jack Tozer was absolutely waste of time for me. He promised to call, he didn't. I wanted to give an offer to a landlord. Jack even didn't listen to my offer (he never accepted any written application and he even didn't ask what was my offer) and said that the landlord chose someone else. This company didn't follow any procedure with me. Avoid or go there and be prepare to feel be discriminated etc. Also, Charlie Lickiss left here 5 stars review. Person with the same first name and surname works in this company...

Always polite and friendly and kept us updated with progress. The number of viewings was a little disappointing, but the property is in quite a rural area and not for everyone. And in the current climate is no way a reflection on the excellent service provided by Bond Oxborough Phillips
