(1 reviews)17th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way
10th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)We’ve let a number of our properties, both locally (and throughout south Wales) via Matthew and his team at First 4 Rentals, for many years, and constantly received a professional, capable and friendly service. In over 25 years of dealing with various agents throughout Wales, First 4 Rentals is the only one I’ve ever been impressed with enough to write a public review. Their level of service, attention to detail, prompt communication and helpfulness is something that sets them apart from lesser agents. Over the years, Matthew has helped sort out everything that a remote landlord will encounter, and all with satisfactory outcomes, for both us, and the tenants. (We were always relived to know we had found a letting agent who supported and facilitated our goal of being a decent and fair landlord, always ensuring all aspects of the letting process were compliant, safe and secure for both parties) Additionally, their level of personal attention is exemplary. By way of example; we requested a swift turnaround on a vacant property in Cardiff city centre at then end of last week - today at 8am a comprehensive video inspection report arrived in my inbox! Having engaged and supported us with both sales and lettings, Matthew consistently delivers a first class service, and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone needing a trusted partner in what, for many of us, can be a challenging arena.

My housemate and I have just moved into our first house after uni and the team at Allen and Harris have provided a most excellent service. They found the perfect property based on the parameters we gave and the whole process after that point was so smooth thanks to all of their help. They have answered every query, concern and question we have a had in a timely and holistic manner. All of this plus service with a smile , I am extremely greatful to all the team and truly could not give higher praise or reccomendation.

21st Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)Many thousands in debt which should be paid off but you kept the rent going and also claimed rent from another tenant. Poor service and houses in terrible condition. Worst service ever. In still waiting for a reply about the arrears. Getting rent of two tenants for over a year !!! And the money owed was because of damage made when I was away.
1st Apr 2024 (17 weeks ago)Amazing. If we didn’t have to pay our solicitor the fees we would have given it to Emma instead! She went far beyond expectations, she chased our useless solicitors who were slow and delayed our completion due to not processing the grant of probate that they were sent in time. Emma made us feel less stressed by reassuring us that things would happen and did???? a great asset to your company and highly recommend as a result. Thank you so much.

I bought a house via South Wales Lettings and there were unfortunate delays but Miranda was very proactive in finding out info for me when needed. I’m leaving a rental property and my landlord will be using Miranda and the team for the sale of his house due to my recommendation of my experience. Thanks again Miranda for making buying my first home a stress free time. I highly recommend ????

23rd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)A few potential buyers / viewers for our property contacted us directly as they could not obtain a viewing by calling the agent directly. Our personal experience with them was good on the main, having sold with them previously, however our opinion of them changed after we were contacted directly at our home by people who wanted to view, but were either not called back by the agent (after saying they would), or were spoken to rudely on the phone.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

I would definitely use Ramsay and White again when looking for a new property. During our search Jay was also very thorough with his knowledge of each property we viewed and was able to give us detailed information which enabled us to make better decisions throughout the whole process.
