29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Won a bid on several lots and only 10% of the order arrived. For another bid which we were to collect in person, the order was wrong. One box contained the wrong product altogether and the item that was “correct” was a chair with no legs supplied. Avoid

11th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time

From day one when I met Holly and saw how professional she was at the valuation I was certain they were the right agent to choose. Holly and the team have been so good throughout the process particularly the house photography and marketing. They found a buyer in 48 hours!! I heartily recommend them. Thanks
4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Starting positively Georgina is very nice and as I see it, there to keep the customers on side. Johnathan was very confident in his company when selling it to me as the “company to use to sell my home” however that's where my confidence ended. First off we are in a sensitive position (separation) hence the reason for selling our house. I advised Johnathan of this and requested the photographer to attend when I was there as not currently living there and I work shifts. With a convenient time agreed all way fine. However a photographer attended the next day and which we wasn't expecting, so advised him to return on the appointment date . We the had a lack of communication issue with Francesca (terrible for replying) in which Georgina called and apologised when I contacted for the 3rd/4th time. The third issue was the for sale board. it took almost 6 weeks to be put up at the entrance to the estate and also one on the garden, when I specifically requested not to put one. The final straw was the lady doing the viewing of the property when she stated the way to the property was horrendous to get to for her using her Sat Nav (recorded saying on my ring doorbell). Reades had got 1 viewing secured after almost 3k clicks on Rightmove and 1 other viewing who cancelled due to the property not being closed enough to Northop Village. The one viewing from Feb - May they had they put the buyer off. So after 3 1/2 months, as you can imagine....no sale. Very disappointing service from Reades, then the audacity to request us to drop the price because they don't have the sales skills they advise when they want your business . I wouldn't recommend and avoid in future. I'm gutted really because had faith initially in Reads, if only they put as much effort into selling my house as Johnathan put into selling his business to me, my house would be sold by now. I'm disappointed in this. Use other Estate agents instead to avoid wasting your time on a stale agent. 1 star is me being generous.

Super friendly, professional and competent - I can truly say that I didn't feel alone in facing the sometimes unexpected difficulties that can occur when purchasing a property. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use their services again. Thank you very much indeed!

The whole team are professional, consistent, friendly, I was kept informed all the way, even if there's nothing to report I would get a call to assure me they are chasing any issues. My husband and I have moved house a few times over the past 25 years, but this is the first review I have wanted to leave as the whole team were just amazing and helpful, by far the best Agent I have dealt with!! My main contact was Sammie who is a legend - Thank you!! If you are considering Keystone - don't..... just do it, you won't regret it!!!

Nothing was too much trouble and whenever I had any questions Josh helped me straight away. Being completely clueless to it all, Josh put me at ease and made sure everything was dealt with very efficiently and correctly. Can't recommend enough.

We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

At all stages of the repair we were grateful for the competence and thoroughness with which it was organised. Now that the repair has been successfully completed we would like to thank Mr Arigi for his support and competence throughout.
