Trying to sell a property from 300 miles away is no mean feat! The friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff have been instrumental in ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish, keeping me updated at all times. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

1st Mar 2025 (21 days ago)I have just, finally sold my house through Clive Watkin. I was not kept updated with progress etc. I had to constantly chase them up for any information or updates. I was always told that messages where being passed on etc and someone would call me back. This never happened. Needless to say that I won't be buying my next property through Clive Watkin. I hope they take this feedback onboard and improve going forward.

4th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)I and Patience had an excellent experience with Ryan at Jones and Chapman. From our very first house viewing to finally getting our keys, everything was seamless. He was always ready to answer our questions, offering valuable advice and referrals whenever needed. His professionalism and attentiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, Ryan always attended to us with a warm smile, making us feel truly valued as clients. Also, Jones and Chapman gave us a moving home hamper, which had discounts from multiple stores to ease our moving home essentials. I highly recommend this company.
21st Feb 2025 (29 days ago)I have sold many houses in the past, (16 in total) and Lesley Hooks estate agents have been the best. I had an offer on my home a couple of weeks after putting it on the market. The sale itself was a nightmare due to a very tricky lease extension and the only people talking to me and to all the solicitors involved where the estate agents (Special thanks to Ellenor), I would give you more than 5 stars if I could. You were the only ones keeping me sane. Thanks Guys
21st Jan 2025 (9 weeks ago)I have both bought and sold a house with Lesley Hooks and cannot fault them. From the get go they were honest, helpful and reliable. When the sale and purchase were going through and my buyer's solicitors were being quite frankly - lazy, Jake was very supportive. He understood that I was desperate to move with a baby on the way and he went above and beyond to chase all parties involved. An estate agent that gets the job done but shows compassion along the way!- 18th Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)I'm not surprised to see so many 5 star reviews on here. Their teamwork and support is fantastic. Patient, kind & understanding. They found me my perfect house and helped me through until completion. 9th Jan 2024 (1 year ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

She is the best at what she does, she listens intently and really understood what we wanted. Her comms were something we hugely appreciated and she really thought outside the box to get us our new house. Can’t thank her enough.
9th Mar 2025 (13 days ago)I would just like to say I don’t often leave reviews but felt I must say what help Kirsty and Grace have given me from ringing up to getting a valuation and having the photos taken by Kirsty to getting an offer on my property within 5 days my experience of trying to find my forever home has not been easy Kirsty has been calm reassuring and always available to reassure me I have recommended Hewitt adams to a friend who also found the whole process a lot less stressful than anticipated .
