Always a fantastic service and a very approachable young man. I could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for the right agent to sell their house.

I mainly dealt with Greg, who is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They managed to get my house sale through in good time in a very tricky market, well done guys! We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

I'm so happy I found this friendly and helpful people.They're so organised professional and understanding made all the checks and paperwork for me so quick and I move into the flat in 12 days! Alan helped after the sale was made and he was also brilliant in driving it through so we reached the stamp duty deadline

19th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)Started well but once house was under offer we never heard a thing, no help with finding a property to buy, no notification of who our buyer was etc. We did not find a new property so had to withdraw our house so we wrote to the agent twice and did not get any sort of reply.
13th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

(2 reviews)12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.
