Since moving in we noticed a small leak under the toilet, raised it with future let and was resolved promptly, no problems. It has been smooth so far with future let so lets give them 5 stars

I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .

I want to give a shout out to Rosemary (Rosie) from Bairstow Eves (Loughton) for being the best buddy in my search for a place to rent. We always felt that we are a priority for her and we were a team in "hunting" the perfect home. I highly recommend Rosie to anyone looking for a property.

22nd Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)Rosy OBrien’s professionalism is astounding. She gave me audience, and all the support I needed. The most gripping part of her is the effort that she put in her job. Rosy did a great job for making me secure my apartment even though I had no hope after the viewing due to the high rate rush of other people coming for the house. Rosy OBrien’s literally made everyone felt loved and hopeful but stated clearly that it’s based on first come first serve when you provide all the information required. The passion in which she has in servicing her clients needs to be applauded. Rosy, thank you for your continuous communication, follow up; patience with my mistakes, lol; I appreciate you so much and your team as well.

17th Dec 2024 (8 weeks ago)Can’t praise these guys enough! Especially Jordan Falco. Moved for the 1st time in 20 years and on my own! It was all daunting but they have literally held my hand the whole way through! Couldn’t have made it any easier for me! What’s even better is the whole team are approachable and you know you’re being looked after. They have your best interests at heart and are not just thinking of the commission. Being able to pick up the phone and chat was so refreshing! So if you’re looking for a dynamic team that will help you right through the process then these are the guys! Oh and lucky that Jack is cute as he can really sell a house on video!! Absolutely bloody fantastic ?? Thanks guys!

15th Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)**Review for Mux Estate Agents** I am extremely dissatisfied with Mux Estate Agents following my move into a new property on September 27. From the outset, I encountered numerous undisclosed issues that have severely disrupted my family's daily life. The cooking facilities have not worked since day one, making it impossible for me to prepare meals for my two children, one of whom has autism. This has forced us to rely on takeaways, which is neither healthy nor sustainable. The emotional toll this has taken on my family is significant, as we are deprived of the comfort of home-cooked meals. In addition, I’ve faced ongoing problems with damaged blinds and fixtures that were not mentioned prior to my tenancy. Despite my repeated reports to Lauren and Amber at Mux, my concerns have been met with indifference and misinformation. I have been told that contractors would be sent to address these issues, yet no one has shown up. To make matters worse, I have encountered severe internet connectivity problems. I’ve taken multiple days off work to deal with these issues, only to discover that every neighbor is facing the same lack of internet access—a critical deficiency that was never disclosed to me. I have incurred substantial financial losses while paying full rent for a property that lacks basic functioning facilities. Malik informed me that if contractors were needed, I would have to shoulder those costs, which is unacceptable. The heating and other functional issues are affecting every household on this estate, yet I am left without support or compensation from Mux Estate Agents. This ongoing situation has left me feeling victimized and unsupported. As a tenant, I have rights under UK law, including the right to live in a property that is in a reasonable state of repair. Mux Estate Agents has failed to uphold these standards, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I urge potential tenants to think twice before dealing with Mocks Estate Agents. Until these issues are resolved, I will continue to document my experiences and share updates publicly.
12th Dec 2024 (9 weeks ago)We used Fine & Country for both the sale of our house and the purchase of the home we’re now living in. Initially our search started after we saw a house marketed by F&C that we really liked. At that point, we weren’t in the right position to move, but it opened our eyes up to the type of house we wanted. Nikki was great in the following weeks, putting other houses forward that might be of interest to us, which resulted in her sending through what is now our house. It needed work, but had great potential and exactly the footprint we were looking for. Nikki understood what we wanted and was aligned to our vision. Knowing we wanted this house, we also chose for F&C to sell our house. The setup process was easy and the house went on the market. In a challenging time to sell any house, interest was fairly low, but we ended up having a viewing that turned into an immediate offer, which helped us to secure the new house we wanted. F&C continued to support through the background until the houses were transferred and we were really happy with Debbie, Nikki, and Paula, who were all lovely to work with and very knowledgeable. Debbie was great helping us push all the paperwork through with the solicitors and keeping things on track. We’re very happy in our new house, so thank you.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

24th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.
