21st Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Professional Guide throughout the whole process. Andrew has a refreshing calm demeanour and is a very successful salesman. He is confident in his advice and takes a pragmatic and knowledgeable lead in proceedings. I was delighted with his handling of my recent house sale which hit a few road bumps along the way. Andrew was a very reassuring voice in the stressful system of the English housing market.My advice to future vendors is that you can be sure Andrew will be with you through the whole process. He really does truly earn his fee!! Pick him!
1st Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. 1st May 2024 (3 days ago)We have rented a house with Fine Homes and we've lived there for 5 years. The team was amazing from the first meeting; they've provided a great experience and professional advice throughout the process. We've always received an immediate response to our emails and all the small issues (that tend to appear when you live in a house for 5 years) were fixed without delays. We loved having them as our managing agency and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

It was a bumpy road and without Ann’s support and guidance it would not have reached completion! We cannot thank Ann enough for all of her help during this process!
